Hi, nice video. What kind of power supply did you use to charge the pack? Is it a proper charger (maybe a CCCV) or a simple 12 V power supply? I'm asking because I'm not sure what to use, I have a similar BMS and I don't know if it includes a charger in the same board too.
Sir can I connect it in my solar charge controller.... Instead off my lead acid battery.... I hv already made a 10 amps 3s battery bank.... With BMS.... Pls reply me.... And what would be da charging voltage and current for this....
Yes you can connect, but only to charge not as a backup for inverter. Charging/discharging depends on the BMS used, for the one I used charging voltage can be 15-18V @ 20A peak. Do check the datasheet of your BMS, Voltage and current can vary.✌🏻
Cause the 9v kind I made runs down quickly Well I used it to power and Arduino Uno with is powering 2 ultrasonic sensors and a servo motor with a 16x4 display and a buzzer Hope it's not too much load on a 9v battery😢 So I'm thinking of trying this 12v on the Arduino Uno Vin and GND I hope to get a reply on this I really need the extra help at this point 🙏🏾
hello I would like to make a 12 v battery with 3 x 4.10 v batteries. - do they have to be mounted in series? - Which BMS do you recommend? thank you for your videos.

When every cell reaches its max. Potential(4.2V) the BMS stops charging (overcharge protection). And also the BMS is rated for 18V max. Charging voltage.
No bro, 18650 batteries are rated for 4.25V which comes in different current capacities. You can also check its data sheet if you need more information ✌🏻
any body with a calculator ....just put in 3.7 volts X 3 = 11.1 volts so not ...12volts .....and dont solder...... Is it safe to solder on a battery? You should never solder directly on a battery. It might not be dangerous, but you will hurt the cell. The best solution is to spot weld a new nickel-plated steel tab and than solder
I have used 1C batteries, it depends on the BMS, This BMS can handle upto 20A (C-rating× Amp-hours= voltage) Using this formula you can adjust C-rating according to voltage required and as handled by your BMS.
Theoretically Tc= Ah/A, Since it is a 4Ah battery it would take around 4hrs to charge with 1Amp charger. But it will not fully charge the batteries as each battery has max. Rating of 4.25V which makes it 12.75V.
The charging voltage used was 12.20V because I didn't had greater than that,& if you carefully notice the voltage before charging was 11.50V & after connecting to charge the Voltage was 11.70V it is due to the BMS that i used which was balancing the voltage & slowly raising the voltage , but after 2 hrs of charging, the Voltage of the batteries was around 12.20V.
Each battery is rated for a full charge of 4.25V which makes it 12.75V for 3 in series, I used a step up module XL6009 and charged batteries by setting it (XL6009) to 13V.
Great work...love❤ from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
Hi dude. Thanks for your video. Will 4 cells in series work for a 1.5amp 12v bike horn? Only pulsing use via switch
Благодаря вашему видео одуплил как сделать правильно данную сборку , молодец полезное видео

12.6v smps
Plz tell how much ah is used to charge this?
Hiii bro mean drone bana raha hu to kya 3s battery Or sathe bms power module use karsakta hu drone mea fix kar ke..!!! Koi issue ho sakta hai kya
No, bro it will work the same, only factor is your power requirement and weight of the battery.
soldering directly on the battery is not advised
From the battery how many moter of 12 v of 70 rpm i can run
It depends on how much current each motor draws.
Pls can you tell me how can i make different output and rechargeable point
Connect a male barrel connector or output wires in parallel at the same point.
Thanks 🥰
Can we use 10A bms to make same battery pack??
Isse agar pam8610 amplifier chalaye toh kitna backup milega
5-6 hours
12v 1amp se charge Karen toh kitna time lagega
can you charge it with 15V??
Sir i have a question can i use this battery in bike using this bms
Can its control buke input voltage which vary high some time and sometime low??
This setup has 4A output, You can use this BMS in your bike with more batteries in parallel.
Ok and charging voltage which high up to 24 v can b handel by the bms
No, upto 18V, I have added a link in description you can check detailed specifications for the bms.
Thanks for your reply and help♥️
What is the thing you use to recharge? The female attachement.
Female barrel connector

How do you recomend to connect 12 cells to get the same 12 v?
Arrange 3 cells in series, for 12 cells there will be 4 three cells combination. Now connect these 4 in parallel, hence a 3s-4p arrangement.

Yes, use them in series. And you can use any 3S 12V BMS as per your ampere requirements.

What is a amp for battery
2A - Normal discharge rate
3A - Maximum discharge rate

Your using 18650 battery right? But 18650 battery is 3.7v each how can you make 12v battery?please answer my question.thanks
No bro, 18650 batteries are rated for 4.25V which comes in different current capacities. You can also check its data sheet if you need more information ✌🏻
@@FrolicLab The question is more towards understanding why are you using 6 batteries if you only want to reach 12v.
To increase current from 2Ah from 3 batteries, to 4Ah from 6 batteries i.e to double the power for the same voltage.
so why not put the in parallel to increase your mah
All in parallel will make 4.25V and 12Ah, but I needed a 12V supply, therefore this combination.
Charger koto volt koto Ampiyer lagbe, reply plz
Max. charging Voltage 18V, at 20A peak.

I have used 1C batteries, it depends on the BMS, This BMS can handle upto 20A
(C-rating× Amp-hours= voltage)
Using this formula you can adjust C-rating according to voltage required and as handled by your BMS.
i guess the question is how long can you run a 12v load for???
It depends on load, At 12V if a load draws 4A then it will last for 1 hour, if it draws 2A then for 2 hours and so on..

Can you just make 1 for me and ship

Yes

Yes bro it does, I have tested it manually and got close enough figures as mentioned in its datasheet.
How much amps it will give?

What is the total ah?
4Ah
I need this on my bluetooth speaker 200watts 3 way super bass,i have a video

Theoretically Tc= Ah/A, Since it is a 4Ah battery it would take around 4hrs to charge with 1Amp charger.
But it will not fully charge the batteries as each battery has max. Rating of 4.25V which makes it 12.75V.
Your video is incorrect, the charging should be at 12.6 volts, but it is still showing the same voltage when you tested, so it is not charging
