Why no one talks about maintenance fee or sinking fee. Here in Canada, it is as much as 50% of mortgages on a poorly managed condo. i sent a SMS message and never received any reply.
Very hard to buy in Malaysia. I looked last year when visited. The same property can be listed in multiple places with different agents and different prices. The prices could be substantially different. No way to have a real idea of value. It would be nice if there was a centralized listing system and people couldn’t list with many agents
