We found the baking soda was too strong for our palate. So we modified a little. Otherwise was delicious 🌸

Not very long. Just a few minutes. You could use a mixer and do it for a little longer.

You can definitly make them into pretzel bites. I use instant yeast. I buy it online from purcellmountainfarms.com/product_info.php?cPath=49_53&products_id=38
How long will they keep?
I do not know because we always eat them all. I now am tripling the recipe!
Is the oat flour counted in the 2 cups of flour or is it additional to the 2 cups of wheat flour?
