Today Remy Bonjasky is joined by the legendary Ernesto Hoost. Hoost is a four-time K-1 World Champion, he is considered to be one of the greatest kickboxers of all time.
In 2002 Hoost faced the great Jerome Le Banner for the K-1 GP Final. Today he will be reacting to that incredible fight.
Two absolute legends. Its so cool to hear these guys talk about their fights. K1 was insanely entertaining and its because of all the incredible fighters.

Haha I was a kid 8-10 years old and remember the same thing. Saturday evening, my mom brought me a big scale of fruit and an evening enjoying k1 in my bed before i went to sleep what times it was ;)

If you actually watch the video he said he didn't know it was broken. They sign up to fight knowing well that they could get injured. These are pros at the highest level, not just ordinary men. He even said "i wanted to win the fight, but i didn't want to break your arm." directly to the guy's face after the fight. Why watch fights if you're offended by them? Don't waste ur time.
Two of the best kickboxer this world have ever seen...my goodness.

Hoost is my favourite fighter of all time. His style, composer and intelligence during fights truly earn him his nickname mr. Perfect. What a legend and what a gentleman for being so modest about it.

They need to do more of those, and yes I love the tactic to kick to a southpaws back arm, because usually it’s the southpaw doing that to the orthodox but some people don’t realize you can do the same thing back to a southpaw at times.

wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww my legend ..with mirko...i see first fight at beggining of k1 with bonjansky ..and he give more punches to u remy but u never wa down and that f...k stop the gaame...if u continuing if think mirko in the ned..but u never know..u aid i know have experince mirko but he give punches from 3 -2 was in m,y defense so u was not down but mirko win...but u was at the beggining, after mirko said wow remy will u will see said mirko will become a very big fighter wich it s happened in some years he talk nice and mirko said well remy wa very dangerous veery agility , he know to move in ring he s knees are a weaspon he will come he s time , i m sure of that and WAS RIGHT..with bob sapp ur technique to enter fast in him and give some punches low kick and after ur tired he is down like because of low kick..and u go around in ring in left right and agaiun u enter in him punch , puncvh, low kick, kick kick, again , let him in centre and 1 time bob sapp almost get u out of ring but , u put him down 2 punches man,. he s leg was destroyed so for me and with ernesto hoost i don t say nothing, ernesto i like is very rezistent, like u with mirko remy, he take punche and is not down with many , so and i like i m onmly 1.78 so u have 1.93 meters high ...so or 1.91 :)) so yeah i like both structure of body the kicks are o hard like u take one or give on ,. both , legends man legends, in that time mirko was because have more matches , experience , in rest i don t see maybe both u loose one 2 times , everybody ;loose..but 3 legends mirko bonjansky ernesto hoost..i see mirko training in 2021 2022 i don t know , maybe bonjansky u gfight too again u have experience, u need training but..it s up to u..sry for mistakes i watch at u guys when i ifight and have bandage...sry..

Many great memories. I was kid when I was watching K-1 on Eurosport with my father. I always waiting the night when the event was starting. Good memories. And respect to these 2 legends ! They did a great things with this sport, a lot of people inspired by them. Always love to see them. Thank you for the video !
