    The fun part of course is that black-hats will always find work-arounds for anything that white hats come up with. it is a continuing arms race that will never end. Hardware based or not, no protection is ever going to be 100% resistant for long. Maybe I should just go back to using CP/M LOL

    • @LironSegev
      @LironSegev  16 дней назад +3

      100% - just as code is being written and hardened, there are hackers who find the weakness and the cycle continues. We all know that the weakest bit is us, the humans who need to be continuously reminded not to click on links, not to install dodgy software, not to download cracked files, not to enter info into phishing websites.

    I don't have a VM (had to find out if it was the same as Sandbox, it isn't), I do use Sandbox for stuff I don't quite trust. Would it leak also? How about HP Surestart? Can it prevent the infection? Or would it leak from a standard user account with the UAC to the max into the whole machine, including the admin account? So many questions.

    • @LironSegev
      @LironSegev  16 дней назад +1

      Good question: AI is actively looking for those anomalies and the second it discovers something isn't "normal" is steps in to protect the system. So it is constantly learning and adapting and even works when you are not online.

    Please, stop it with the "AI" hype. Not every piece of clever software is AI. Look up what the term "AI" should refer to and what it takes to create it and use it. Unfortunately we are, once again, going through a period of AI hype. This happens every 10 years of so.
