Hi from Australia . We did this cruise in August with Celebrity Eclipse & it was as beautiful as in the video. Amazing company to cruise with. I can’t recommend this cruise highly enough. The Rocky Mountaineer we did before the cruise - well that was a very different story

@@bobfitzgerald619 When we stopped in Banff they had no accommodation for us, so we spent the evening running around to find some more. Then booked out trip and then said there was no accommodation for us at Lake Louise and we had to find it ourselves. We booked that, and then they refused to refund that night of accommodation and would only issue meal credits, which meant we didnt have choices in where to dine. When we went to pick up our train tickets, also in Banff, we were not on the list and spent hours trying to sort that out. The staff on the Rocky Mountaineer were great, but the back-office organisation was horrendous.
