Happy to hear people all over india are starting their day with idly but ask him to prepare millet idly. Adding ragi flour, jowar flour and bajra flour to it. For a healthy idly also if possible foxtail millet, little millet, kodo millet and browntop millets can be added extra as they contain high fibre
Nutritious, but idli does not rise and become soft and spongy with millets, so people skip adding them.
