If you are not a fan of hearing me talk, this video is probably not for you. However, if you don't mind hearing me, as my mom used say, "ramble" on, I really think you are going to enjoy this one.
I finally take the time to give a detailed explanation of the equipment I use to process our honey instead of just seeing it in action. Most beekeepers are somewhat familiar with honey processing tools and equipment, but because our operation here at St. Joseph Abbey is as large as it is, a lot of available equipment is not built to handle the load that I would demand of it, and for that reason, I had to step it up a notch.
I truly believe that some of the information I give will be very useful to a good number of beekeepers who find themselves in the same situation as myself, not a hobbyist beekeeper, and not a commercial beekeeper either.

Well, I don't want to make the list as long as this video, so I guess I just end it here. If you have questions, please leave a comment, and I will try to give an answer to it. Thank you all for taking the time to watch, the time you give to me is greatly appreciated. God's peace to all. Mr. Ed
