- The new Louis Vuitton Buci bag in Epi leather seems to be the best value for money bag at the LV design house. This is my review on the LV Buci Bag. The Louis Vuitton Buci bag is made out of Epi leather, which is very durable and quite underrated. The handbag comes with a big LV logo buckle, which makes the Buci bag a Louis Vuitton statement piece. It is versatile and practical, because the shoulder strap is detachable and adjustable. The epi leather Buci bag can be worn crossbody or as a shoulder strap. At the moment the LV Buci bag comes in four diffrent colorways: classic Black, Quarz, Honey Gold and Dragonfruit Pink. It is quite roomy and the perfect handbag for everyday use.

This bag is almost identical to the Diane bag. It’s a tiny bit larger and the logo is different, but take a look and you can see that it’s essentially the same shape bag down to the styling on the corners. I love this bag and even though I have the Diane, I would get this because of the colors and the leather. I love the honey color and the black with the blue interior. I’m totally with you, it’s an excellent value. I love that strap too, it’s comfortable and versatile.
Good point Dawn, when I prepared for this video, I thought to myself „if there was a canvas version of the Buci, it would sell like crazy“. The Diane really is a great comparison as a canvas version 🧡
@@LuMiLevelUp If you really look, a lot of LV styles are very similar, especially when it comes to wallets. I think the Buci would look great with the woven straps in the Speedy 20 and the Diane. It gives even more styling options.

I am loving it! I dream of owning at least 1 piece of every leather Louis Vuitton has to offer. This is such a great choice for epi! And you're right, babe. The price is really good for what we're getting. I'd love the black one because that pop of electric indigo on the inside is stunning. But my dream color would be a charcoal grey with a saffron interior. That would be amazing! A girl can dream! 🌠

That bag is beautiful! I'm digging the big logo closure. I can't believe I still don't have any epi in my collection. I love the way the zipper has an extension down the side on your speedy, they should ALL be that way. Great video, as always Mary! 🥰

Re: Seaside colour - I had the Alma BB in this colour for a hot minute. It was a very washed out light blue. In sunlight it was almost a cool white with a hint of blue.
I loooove that shade, I was eyeing the Alma bb in that color on the preloved market, but before I was able to decide, it already sold 🤍
I like it very much. I’ts quite similar to the diane bag. I would also like to wait for more colors which I think LV will release in the future since this bag is fast becoming popular.

I purchased this bag as the price point is good compared to other luxury bags I.e YSL loulou, Gucci marmont, fendi baguette etc. I can use it as a everyday bag. I can see LV increasing the price very soon.

I just tried this bag a couple of days ago in store. Very roomy, unfortunately the Epi leather is very different from your black Speedy and Alma, it is a bit more over graining. You really need to have a look and feel before you buy. Great video!

I prefer the old version of Epi leather which is smooth and chic.
I’ve never bought a luxury handbag, I am planing to get only one bag which I can use every day for my 40th birthday, I might get this one, I love crossbody or I can use on one side of shoulder, I like outside pocket and size is perfect for me for day essentials as I basically like small easy bags. I am not a big handbag person. I might get this one got to see .I might get that goldish yellow one. It looks pretty

Wow thanks for bringing this bag to our attention as I had seen it briefly but not really looked at it in detail! You’re right, it is fantastic value for a full leather LV bag and I love that they’ve added a big LV logo to the clasp instead of being so discreet like they usually are for Epi. My faves are the black and cream too but I don’t need another black bag and the cream is a little too similar to my Pochette Métis. So let’s see what new colours they bring out! I am so tempted to get this. 2 concerns tho: 1. silver hardware like you says here doesn't suit the colors here. 2. the d-rings connecting the hadles to the bag seem to be rubbing against the sides of the flap which is a big turn-off... I really enjoy your analysis of bags. I can imagine you being a very intelligent person just by the content of your videos.
Thank you very much ☺️. I like the silver hardware the best with Black (to me black and goes with every HW 😁). The concern about the D-rings is a good point though, would need to check that in person.
@@LuMiLevelUp I just saw the bag in person yesterday. The d-rings do rub on the sides of the flap. LV knows about this problem because they avoid it when design the Swing bag, which is much more expensive.🤔 Its such a waste for Diane and Buci. Guess I'll get Fendi Bagutte instead.

My SA suggested this bag to me when i asked if the passy was coming out in leather.
I really don't like the strap that has only 2 settings, like my neo noe. I know i can buy another strap but I don't wanna do that 😁 So no this one is an easy pass 😅

Thank you 🥰 yes it is a Bandouliere Speedy 25 🖤. It’s from 2016 and I think it has just been a seasonal one, unfortunately Louis Vuitton doesn’t offer any Epi Speedies at the moment 😕

Don't ever think getting this bag lol. The flapp is not straight it has a true issue. N with all Ur previous quality issue. U LL definitely notice it quickly. It is in all bags
