Gday all and welcome back! I hope you all enjoy this cracker vid fishing off the beach for salmon and tailor in the gutters. From catching fish on metal spinners, too getting them on TOP waters. It all happened!!

Absolutely one of the most entertaining videos I have seen from you…..the underwater release and the rolling shore break was fantastic. Josh, your fishing knows no boundaries. I occasionally use lures from the beach in Victoria as this style is becoming a lot more popular with anglers down this way although bait fishing tends not to impact on my “aged “ body as much…LOL. Keep up the great productions Josh and I look forward to viewing your next one.

G'day Josh , good job mate, another beauty, for all us right hand fiishos... Swap reel handle to left hand retrieve ,,,right hand for rod control,,,, will feel weird & wonky as at first... The best fishing tip I ever got 👍 might be worth a try😀
trebles easier to lose by jumping fish using the weight of lure to lose hook singles with barb squashed better for fish and you dehooking

I catch tailer all the way in NY but we call them bluefish or snapper. Fun fight but they will hit absolutely everything that moves and will destroy any soft plastic setup out here. PB is 35in and it was a MONSTER. Good on ya.

Embarrassing release? What was Embarrassing about it? I never seen a release like that you swam the fish out. Was pretty cool seeing the fish chilling at the bottom. And those wave shots were great. 👍👍👊👊

Hey josh. Usually I use bait when fishing off the beach because it gets all the sand flatties and whiting. At low tide we pump yabbies with my mates from school. Loving the vids. See you in the next one!

If you’re interested in casting distance, I have the same certate. Every revolution is roughly 1.1m.

Salmon and tailor have been in plague proportions in Sussex lately
As for losing fish. Add a swivel between the lure and the treble hooks. They can't get leverage to throw it off. Kind of a secret here in the US for bass fisherman. I fish freshwater. Never tried salt. Salt is way too far away. Already got well over $10k into fishing lol. 2 boats and lots of gear(but not enough🤣).
Ah thats good to know i didnt even think of that hey couple of split rings and a swivel hey i can see why its a trade secret i always been told its build perfect dont mess with it if its not broken but hey more fish brings more smiles
