Lol a roofer who can patch a tire, I’m shocked. I build toolsheds and barns I can’t begin to tell you how many thousands of dollars this simple skill has saved me over the years. Seriously if you work with screws or nails you need to know this skill. Well done dude I like your videos

Good sh$t man, I do it the exact same way. It’s been over a year n may plug still holding strong.
Two things my friend...coat the hole with contact cement before putting the plug...and test with soapy water. Cut the excess plug flush or the road will pull it out.
You can also just heat the extra with a lighter to melt it slightly and push it into the tire for a good seal.
