You can add a washer to string inside the feeder, with hole just big enough to pass string through. Then tie you knot. That should help to keep it from pulling out of hole.
The white birdfeeder what kind of wood is that and what’s the dimensions? I’m gonna make that one and then ship it to my niece and nephew because they’re two and four years old and they could paint it. I think they’d be pretty cool thanks looks like it came out pretty good. I don’t have a workshop like you no air compressor nothing like that so I would have to get some screws, drill, holes and all the positions where you used the air nailer I’m thinking maybe I’ll pre-drill the holes and send some screws along that way the kids could act like to put it together with the help with their mom. It’s 1” x 6” appearance board I got from Lowes. That’s an awesome idea. I made this with kids in mind.
