After beating the game about 3 or 4 times, you start to understand enemies a lot better. For example in the Gronj Grad yard, i managed to take out Raikov without using a scientist outfit, without being seen. It almost applies for ever MGS game. In MGS2, i found that most enemies turn to their right, rather than their left. It's nothing big, but it helps with stealth and VR missions.

No weird shit happened in the main story line (by mgs standards). Other mgs games had the shitting character in non-optional cutscenes. The main villain of mgs3 canonically felt snake's nuts at least once. And at one point you challenge the president to a sword fight. Mgsv might as well be schindlers list compared to the other games
