Yes.. let's also not forget yung mga rescuer such as the five rescuers from bulacan who died in San Miguel, Bulacan during the onslaught of typhoon karding. Hindi lang sa Bulacan sila binigyan Ng water salute but even other rescue teams from other provinces around the Philippines also gave them water salutes..
