    Alcaraz’s tennis IQ is unmatched at this point in the game. This was a solid match, played by both players. I find it so easy to root for either, both are humble gents!

    • @duiliorossoni743
      @duiliorossoni743 День назад +1

      Carlos is the best tennis player for the time being, despite is tennis IQ is visibly lower than Yannik, just its unbeliebeble class permits him to win vs yannik. But if He daesn‘t improve the interpretation of the match he we loose more often than is quality would enable him.

    • @NortonHughes-v3r
      @NortonHughes-v3r День назад +3

      @@duiliorossoni743 I would say both have the same tennis IQ. Jannik as a person and player is just more calm about things, more consistent and his most deadly weapon is patience. Carlos on the other hand, has less patience but risks more, and his game has ebbs and flows. On the other hand, he has more variety than Sinner (something I dont think will change, because Sinner is just a different player alltogether). I think they are both great.

    Congratulations to Carlos! That was a very close match. This is the second time I've heard Carlos say lovely things about Jannik - not just as a player, but as a person. They're both great players but, more importantly, lovely, humble guys. I really like them both, and it's a shame one of them had to lose today. I wish them both well in their careers ❤❤

      One had to lose. But both fought willingly to the end of the match. Two powerful, humble warriors.

      Somehow I don’t think Sinner will come to the realisation of how grounded Alcaraz is until Sinner probably reaches 30y. Federer took almost whole career to appreciate Djokovic

      Replying here to my own comment - I've since read what Sinner said about Alcaraz after the match. They are both truly humble and very mature for their age. I hope they never change 💖💖

  • @usermatisse
    @usermatisse День назад +63

    Great compliments to Alcaraz, both were warriors today and this was one of the best matches of the year. Sinner ahead 3-0 in the final tie break, and Alcaraz succeeded to make 7 consecutive points, just amazing match.

    • @parkhae-il9211
      @parkhae-il9211 День назад +11

      that's actually insane, the moment jannik was 3-0 from carlos i'm starting to lose hope for a moment there 🤣
      even so, i'm still in disbelief he did 7 points in a row after that

    I've watched both speeches. Both were extremely humble and, most importantly, sincere. It's the polar opposite of what we are seeing in the world right now. We may be drowning in pessimism, but this is a great reminder of what still makes us humans, in the end.

    I am all for camaraderie in tennis but there is something about the tension that adds an extra spark to the sport. I dont mean outright animosity but injecting a little spice, even if it's just for show. I think it could be great.
    On the other hand I am aware it is a fine line to walk. If there was some more spiciness between them, the fanboses of both could become even more hostile towards each other. So I guess we just have to appreciate the tennis for what it is. And they are some good tennisers!
    I would still like one or two big names to come forth though. So I can truly say tennis is in good hands

      Yeah I did!. that was something that should be read between the lines. I think he wanted to mention "I know you have been going through a tough time mentally because of this and that" and show his support for it but that could have been easily misinterpreted. So Carlos was super tactful there.

    from what i've seen and read lately it seems the guy is not so happy to move from place to another and flight too, maybe he is tired of the todays tennis routine and desires a normal 21 years old life...
    the Ferrero tears at the end of the match show maybe some real issue is still going on...

    Now this Spanish boy is changing his story after he condemned Sinner for the doping affair, not having believed in his total innocence. Alkaraz played his best match of his short career against a Sinner headed by the Wada doping agency which gave him appealed thanks to these enemy friends such as Alkaraz, Diokovic and that Australian clown. I dare not imagine how it would have ended if there had not been the appeal of Wada pushed by these enemy adversaries. With a Sinner with a free mind I am sure that the result would have been different and I hope that Sinner, who has won more than anyone this year 2024, is number 1 in the world, beats them all 6-0 6-0, they deserve it for how much hatred they have spread towards a champion boy, unique in his type.Alkaraz will never get to Sinner if he has a clear mind because Wada's intent is not to punish Sinner, because the appeal will be rejected, but to destroy him mentally to make him lose finals like this.
