I have an interview with Delta. And I’m terrified . I’m so scared but I’m doing my research and I’m praying that this works out. Thank you for your help
Thank you soooo much for the video. I'm in the process of getting my passport and switching jobs and I swear God just spoke to me. Being a flight attendant popped in my head and here I am applying and looking at vlogs such as yours. Thank you
Thank you for your videos! I had failed prior interviews and was discouraged since this has been dream of mine. I watched your videos, learned a lot, and nailed the interview and got an offer. Your tips gave me the tools to present and sell my best self, in this competitive interview process. I don't even know you, but I want to give you a hug. Thank you thank you, for sharing your wisdom with us. - Jaimie :)
Thank You Ebony! I'm 49 and doing a life change and truly believe this is Gods road He wants! I applied for ramp agent and got a face to face with SW Airlines! I told her my goal was flight attendant and she was amazing and wants me to go for the top! So here I am researching and came across you and I'm so grateful! I'll be taking all your amazing advice and I know I'll succeed! You're the best!
This literally made me cry happy tears! Today I got my call to be interviewed with Commute air/ United Express and I feel like it's God sitting on my shoulder telling me to do it. I feel the same way you were, unhappy and living a repetitive life. This video really put things into perspective for me! Thank you sooo much! I am now subscribing to you!!! Much love from Maryland xo
This is the first video i watched that made me want to apply for this job. That was about 8 months ago. Today I just received my CJO after getting so many TBNT's. I'm one step closer to my dream and it's all thanks to you. I will forever be grateful to you 💕
I just applied for an airline not even a whole 2 hours ago. I stumbled across your channel, & I received sooo many great nuggets from you! Just want too say “ Thank you, Beautiful “!! Side note: your hair is fye huntee!!🔥🔥🔥🔥
I'm still trying to get an flight attendant position but its trickier then you expect. I've had a few interviews with different airlines in the last 4 years. I'm not giving up. It's my dream job.
ellen saurr I tend to get really worked up and nervous during interviews (and this one is definitely the most intense process I've been through). It helped me SO MUCH to go on glassdoor and write down every single question. On the plane ride there and the night before I worked on the questions so I had my answers prepared and different scenarios I had been in ready to go. This helped me feel prepared and calmed my nerves. Get to the airport with plenty of time to spare so you don't get flustered trying to figure out where you're going (this will also give you a chance to meet and talk with the other people interviewing). Just be genuine and try to enjoy the experience!
Thanks Megan, I appreciate the tips! My interviews went ok, I was pretty nervous and that wasn't to my advantage. I received a TBNT a week later. But was encouraged to reapply in 6 months. Time to sharpen up my resume, practice customer service scenarios and practice reading the announcements aloud.
+Megan Murphy heyy megan i just got a video interview for united i didn't take it yet can you give me any tips for that.? also do united fly you out for your f2f or did you have to pay and what was that like out there.?
I received an invited to a group interview with about 100 other ladies and gents. I was told by many of the attendees how great I did, they loved what I said and it wasn't just "run of the mill I have great customer service skills"....I am at a point in my life where I don't have to work to survive, I can choose my career and this is what I want to do. I was so excited that so many people said this to me...I am 50 years old but look 35....and I didn't make the cut. They said they will not tell us what we did wrong or why we were not chosen, so how can we know what to improve on....what they are looking for etc etc. For so many people to come up to me and say ." you really did great, I wish I had your confidence"...it was embarrassing to be the only one in my group that did not get picked for the second interview. Any advice about what to say when it comes to Why do you want to be a flight attendant. That was the question, we all had a minute and I was told to reapply in 90 days>?? I don't know how I can do better when I don't know what I did wrong. Why do I want to be a flight attendant....just like I said, Life experiences have taught me things I cannot learn in school but I have worked in a medical office for 20 years dearling with all types of people and while I enjoyed my career I am not just looking to travel or get the flight benefits, its really what I want to do. Any advice you have would be great.
chattygabby1 I think maybe they are wanting to hear a personal experience that you have shared through one of your “customer service” jobs. In your case, it’s medical. I’m sure you have plenty of moments with one of your patients or clients that sticks out to you. A time where you feel like you enjoyed helping in a specific way and you feel as though you benefited from it as well as the person. They don’t want to just hear you say I enjoy helping people. Why do you enjoy helping people? Show/tell/elaborate on why you chose to do that. Safety is a key topic as well (if that’s possible to tie into your small personal experience story). Also, I don’t think I want to hear anyone even mention the words “doing it because I love traveling” even though you said that you are not doing it because of that, the thought was still there and it may be a red flag?
BigD Travels I've been going out with my gf for 3 years. If anything, our relationship will be a challenge and if it's meant to be it will be. I don't mind moving around cuz I've been moving houses to houses since I was a baby. Never had a place called home longer than 10 years. And I'm also only 20 years old so this experience will be lit. I think I'm going to do it next summer when I get my braces off
thank you for this video! i was going to College to Become a physical Therapist but i realized that Flight Attendant is really what would make me happy, and watching your video really inspired me to definitely go for it
My name is Iain farquharson and I am British I am currently 13 years old and want to become a flight attendant I found this video very helpful for when I am 18 thank you
+Vlogging With Iain Aww thank you for watching Iain!! I'm glad you enjoyed it! As soon as you turn 18 be sure to follow that dream of being a Flight Attendant!! You'll be GREAT 😘
You're amazing. I watched this video when I was newly out of high school. I got a job with Mesa when I was newly out of high school and now I'm watching you when I know my two years there is worth more than staying there. You're amazing and thank you for making these videos.
Hey Ebony, I'm a high school senior and I'm kind of clueless on what I want to do. I love people and helping people. I wanted to find something that would really be good for me until I head off for college. I really want to do flight attending and this inspired me way more.
I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have watched so many of your videos and listened to your advice about doing my research and how to dress and after six responses, four VIs, and 3 invitations to f2fs, I just received my first CJO from Piedmont! I've already completed my drug test and I'm SO excited!!! I feel like thanks to your videos I am going into this eyes wide open....good, bad, ugly, and everything in between....I can't wait for my flight attendant life to begin!! YOU ARE THE BEST!
Ebony you exude so much charisma and beauty! Thank you for a very informative video , it define fly eased my nerves about a recent application I did xx
Hey! I know I'm not Ebony but I can help. If your looking to work with United Airlines then the required height is 152 centimetres, so you are a perfect height, on the website it does not mention about the tattoo as maybe you should get in contact with your preferred airline and then ask the question. I hope this helped! ^JM
I Want To Become A Flight Attendant , I’m 19 Years Old And All I Want To Do Is Travel ! This Video Is Giving Me So Much Reassurance Because I’ve Been Extremely Nervous .
Omg I’m seriously contemplating this, though I’m a single mother and COvid really jeopardize a lot. I’m bold during work circumstances though overall a introvert. Regardless I’m directly going there tomorrow, whatever the outcome is once I get employment
Everything that Ebony talks about is spot on! I worked with her for a face to face interview that I just attended and came back with my CJO! Hire her for the one on one training that she has. It will make all the difference.
I saw 20 as the minimum age at American Airlines. Maybe work in direct customer service to gain experience and save some money because pay is low starting out. I know this is an old post, but that would be my advice 🙂. Retail helps you learn how to deal with the best and worst of people, and also gain experience and patience that no class or training course can ever teach.
I come from a really small town and I had always dreamed of traveling, my family could never afford to go anywhere, I never got to see so many things I have wanted too. I had never thought about this as a career option, but seeing your video has inspired me so much. I’m also a very introverted person but I will do everything I can to get out there!! Thank you so much !!!
You're so welcome!!! Good luck with applying! 🙂 Don't forget to stay up to date via the flightattendantcareer.com site (link above) for all the airlines that are hiring! That site is awesome.
So glad to hear you don't need any qauilfucations I've recently quit college I was studying aviation I decided the whole airport thing just wasn't for me/ check in . I was more interested in cabin crew. Which they barely teach at college . Then there's teachers saying it's rare to get a job as a flight attendant with no qualifications 😂 when I've done my research on Google and basically people on you tube have got a job with no qualifications. I'm just happy to hear people doing it with no college qualifications . :)
hello christina im from singapore & i've watched this video like 2 months ago before i gone for the FA recruitment on 12 august & i passed the 3 rounds of interview tmr is the day i'm signing my contract! i'm taking notes from you! can't wait for my flight attendant training begin! & earning my wings! Thank you so much!!!
girl! everything you said about having a desk 9-5 describes my life! I hate it. I recently applied for a flight attendant position and praying I hear back soon.
Your positive encouragement made me feel 10 times more comfortable about applying to the airlines. Thank you for sharing, you're a beautiful example of your company and all successful woman out there!
I'm grateful that I clicked on this video. It helped me so much, I wanted to be a flight attendant so bad but someone crushed my dream telling me some dumb stuff but that didnt stop me from pursuing. I needed to do my research first before I start applying at different airlines I am excited to say that this definitely boosted my confidence and into believing that I will make it into becoming a flight attendant!!! Fingers crossed infact God got me I know I will overcome.. Thank you once again truly are an inspiration!!
I'm currently 13 and my dream is to become a flight attendant even though I'm still young watching this video encourages me to pursue my dream and hope that one day I'll be a successful flight attendant THANK YOU!!!😊
I work at Corner Bakery Cafe for the past year and a half and I got two face to face interviews with legacy carriers! (I also have worked doing behavior therapy, disney store, target 3x, robeks juice, and i have two college degrees---one BS in human services and one AA in liberal arts) with background in counseling classes
+Monique Montiqque I'm happy to hear you've been inspired. Give the flight attendant career a try. No money really needed and you'll gain so many experiences thru travel! Good luck!
wonderful video I am feeling soooooooooo inspired, you go girl, one of my besties is in the same field as you and she has been encouraging me to do this but awesome video I'm currently concierge at the moment.
Hey thank you sooo much for this video I’ve been wanting to be a flight attendant for a while and you were the first black woman that popped up when I searched how to become a flight attendant. I appreciate you
Hey Ebony, I recently applied to become a flight attendant and I was just wondering what is the time frame, from when you applied to when you received the email that you got the job offer?
Thank you so much for sharing! I was looking for something with a more positive tone and yours definitely had it. I understand every job has its ups and downs but I really love how you emphazise the positives! Very encouraging!
Hi Ebony, I've always wanted to be a FA since I was a kid. Normally, I would apply to one airline, but get discouraged after receiving the dreaded rejection email. After watching your video and going to the suggested website that you mentioned, I started applying to a lot of airlines however, I'm very tall so I can't apply to most regional airlines due to height restrictions. Most of my applications are under review at this point. I just completed a hirevue video for a large mainline airline and I am just waiting to see if they will invite me to the F2F. The fact that I made it to the hirevue video was quite shocking to me. I couldn't believe it. Thank you for creating this video and it indicates that you are willing to give people tips to get into the aviation industry. I've asked many flight attendants on how to get into the field, but none gave me advice and others discouraged me in a NY minute. One more thing: After watching your video, I started bleaching my teeth , doing my own manicure for these potentially, and keeping my face clear and clean. upcoming. Thank you so much!!!! I'll keep you posted.
Hi BRI CHERI, I've been rejected by the mainline airline that I did the video interview with. I was later rejected by another regional airline after doing a video interview. I'm really burned out and my confidence has been shattered due to the rejections. Sometimes I wonder if the rejection is due to the color of my skin or I'm just not qualified, however, I am beginning to realize that I don't do well with video interviews. I also realized that I do better during in person interviews or open houses. I found my style of interviewing because of these experiences. I am getting ready for an invited only open house next week for another regional airline. The open house next week will be my last stand and last attempt after 7 rejections. I keep playing the line "Dust yourself off and try again". Thanks for reaching out and I'll update you hopefully next Wednesday or the day after. I was told it will take a week to get an offer.
+Richard Mitchell aww sorry to hear that. Something will come through for you. Just stay persistent. I received the email invite to do the online interview... I'm nervous and haven't accepted it yet :(
Thanks for your advice, i took your advice and showed up and showed out. I got invited to Flight Attendant Training for a regional Airline that I love.
You are so articulate and polished! I have an interview today and im nervous! You made me smile the whole time watching this video. You are beautiful. Good luck on your career and life doll!
Reserve life can be tough! But it's bearable. While on reserve you can't bid or make any preferences for your trips, the airlines will assign those as the need arises. You will only be able to bid your days off. Basically the airline will assign you trips a day or so in advance but a lot of times they will be assigned immediately and on the spot. That's the tough part because you never know what to pack bc you don't know where you'll end up.
I know a woman who was a flight attendant for 10 years, she's a short, more heavy-set woman. Not all airlines will have restrictions, you would have to research that specific airlines requirements.
Excellent video on what to expect and great information for preparing for the interview. I've been a flight attendant for 20 years and I've never regretted taking the leap (despite the sometimes crazy, hectic, exhausting days of delays and angry customers) it's all worth it. I am still so grateful to travel the world and meet amazing people. There's absolutely nothing like it! Loved your video and the inspiration you give to those who are considering getting their wings. 😍
I want to reach through my phone to give you a huge hug and tell you how much I appreciate you. My husband gave me the go today telling me how badly I need to follow my dream career as a flight attendant. thank you so much.
I love the way you are quick and to the point. I have so much experience and I don't know which experience to hone in on an answer. I did one digital for Virgin and I received a response, "impressive background, but we are continuing with other applicants." I now know that I did not smile enough. However, it could have been my content. Still working it!
Thank you so much for the compliment! I'm happy to hear it didn't seem like I was rambling lol As for your Virgin interview, let's just consider that your practice round 😉 Keep applying and I'm sure your next video interviews will be on point! Good luck!!!!
Hi Ebony! I love the way you communicate. Everything you said was articulate and had very good points. You are so right. Work it, work it, work it. It is all practice! Going to a Skywest group interview this Tuesday. Relieved that it is not a video; however, the video experience was incredible and worth it. I learned so much from that rejections. Mainly, #1. I was not ready for it......true true true.....and/or #2. God has another thing planned....true true true. Once again, I think you are sharp, articulate, and beautiful...You would make a great motivational speaker and/or instructor. Thanks!
I so happy I did my research before paying enrollment fee for the flight school I been looking at and it was 7,900. They talk such a good game talking about the relationships they have with delta America and united
I'm 13 almost 14, I want to be a flight attendant for Hawaiian airlines! But you either need 2 years FA or any flight experience, OR 4 years costumer service experience. I don't know where I can get flight experience from, I don't want to waste 4 years on CS if I don't want to do it. You also have to be 21, and have to know Chinese and Japanese.
This is very lovely! I did my online interview today for United Airlines. Like you said Ebony, it was only 5 questions, and I was very confident. They asked me things like, "What would you say is the best achievement you made on a job?" I did the practice session before I went right in. I'm sure that I will get it.
Ebony this video was spot on! And best wishes to you !🌺 As a former FA that flew 8 yrs, I enjoyed it, however it's not for everybody. I think people that are looking or dreaming to get into the industry should spend sometime just really researching the industry and learn as much about aviation , salaries, cultures -people etc etc before applying. Yes it can be glamorous , however it's hard work ! The interviews & call backs are the easy part and If it's meant to be it 'll, happen, however people shouldn't be blinded by just the "glamor-fun" of it. After flying for a while I would notice how the "New hires" would burn out after a few months ! It was because their expectations were higher than actual reality ! But did I personally enjoy the job?-yes. Would I do it again?-no ! I had to access the pros and cons, and it didn't equal out to my personal satisfaction , so I resigned , went back to school to get my Masters and now in an occupation that's a more rewarding ($ and satisfaction ) for me. Be safe✈ and enjoy !
Honestly thankyou so much for making this video i just graduated high school a couple months ago an i didn't want to go to college because school wasn't for me but I've always wanted to be a flight attendant but i was really scared an didn't know where to start i feel like it was god having u make this video for me literally just gave the push i needed to do this an go out on faith to pursue this my dream career
I would love to become a flight attendant. I'm 23 and bilingual. I just get scared about going threw all this process even tho I'm a confident and smart person. I'm not shy and I like to interact with people. I recently flew and got encouraged by 2 wonderful AA flight attendants. Hopefully I will apply soon! Fingers crossed!
Carlos! Apply!! Being bilingual is a HUGE plus! There are several airlines hiring right now including United who I know is looking foreign language FA's. I hope by now you've submitted some apps ;)
Hey Christina. I so happen to see your video and decided to watch it. I wish I could explain myself to you more and how you could help me reach my dreams.
This was so informative! When I was 16 I was at a local Laundromat and met a retired Flight Attendant and her husband. They randomly stopped me and said I would make a perfect Flight Attendant and I should look more into it. 3 years later of trying to figure out if I should or not, I'm still thinking about it, mainly because I never been on a plane and I have a fear of heights lol I know I can get over it with practice, but I always dreamt about traveling the world and being independent before settling down. And if I decide to apply and actually(hopefully) get the job, I'll be living with my parents still, raising enough fund till I'm capable of getting a car and my own place to live. One piece of info I never could find is about age. I'm currently 18, but I'll be 19 during the summer. What is the appropriate age, or is it different for each airline?I have customer service experience, I also have been doing pageants part of the Miss USA organization and Miss United States organization, so hopefully interview wont be a struggle for me lol. Thank you so much for posting this video, it's enlightened me so much! :)
Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE share some insight on training course for Delta that takes place in the classroom? How is the treating curriculum like? what is the minimum score to remain in class? anything you're required to memorize during training? Are airport code memorization required or part of test?
Hi Ebony! I am considering be a flight attendant. And I am preparing for the interview but i have't applied yet. Your video inspired and encouraged me and so much motivation! I can see my self doing it for over 20 + YES. I am very scared of interviews because i am shy and quiet person but i would love to try! Because ever since my first job this is the new career that felt I truly wanted. i am really exciting about my future career being a flight attendant!
Holla from Nigeria,I just happened to stumble on your video cus have always really wanted to be a flight attendant but don't know how to go about it here in Nigeria

This video definitely took away from my nerves and boosted my confidence just that much more!

I genuinely feel like Im sinking in quick sand and Im so happy you got out!!! Thanks for sharing and being so positive, stay beautiful!!!!
+lojay1982 Yea I know exactly how you're feeling now! I've been there. lol Go ahead girl and take that leap of faith. You don't have anything to lose and you'll be so happy you did! I wish you the best! Good luck!!!! 😘
Omg ! Sooo glad I came across your page. I was a flight attendant and I stopped flying temporarily to focus on other aspects on my career, but I want to get back to it. This video came just in time as I'm needed advice on how to get back and some expectations. Keep up the great work xoxo
Thank you for posting this! I have a video interview I'm going to complete tomorrow. I laughed so hard when you said a part of your spirit died walking through your old work's door everyday, that is exactly how I feel at my current job. It is not me at all. So glad to see you are happier where you are now! :)
Wow just got inspired! I am finishing my 2 year Au Pair program in USA and flying back to Czech Republic in 20 days.. and my mind is still running with ideas what to do next. I don't want to go back to 9-5 job (had the same feeling like you).. so I'll go apply and I see!
I remember this being the first video I watched before i became a flight attendant. I’m going on two and a half years now.
then how is it ??
Are you still one?
Do you like your job?
Is it hard to be one?

Did you do it? Curious about an update
Update please because I’m so too!!

Really helpful video! I'm headed to Houston in January for training with United!
Megan I'm headed for group interview in Chicago for UA, really hoping it goes well. Can you give me any tips?

Megan Murphy instead of united, apply for Delta Airlines. I'm doing the same!

My brother has been a flight attendant for almost 2 years and the benefits of having the job is making me wanna do it!
+Jimbo Reboja Go for it! The flight benefits are amazing. Can fly anywhere for almost nothing!
However you will never be in a stable relationship, raise a family or really have a place to call home. Has it's up's and downs.
I think I'm going to do it next summer when I get my braces off
BigD Travels LOL lots of people are married with children and FA’s
thank you for this video! i was going to College to Become a physical Therapist but i realized that Flight Attendant is really what would make me happy, and watching your video really inspired me to definitely go for it
My name is Iain farquharson and I am British I am currently 13 years old and want to become a flight attendant I found this video very helpful for when I am 18 thank you
+Vlogging With Iain Aww thank you for watching Iain!! I'm glad you enjoyed it! As soon as you turn 18 be sure to follow that dream of being a Flight Attendant!! You'll be GREAT 😘
+Ebony Christina yeh I really want to work with Emirates A380👍🏻
Hey buddy you are now 17 are you up for that and all? How you doing
you’re 18 now are you still planing on becoming a FA?
You're amazing. I watched this video when I was newly out of high school. I got a job with Mesa when I was newly out of high school and now I'm watching you when I know my two years there is worth more than staying there. You're amazing and thank you for making these videos.
Hey Ebony, I'm a high school senior and I'm kind of clueless on what I want to do. I love people and helping people. I wanted to find something that would really be good for me until I head off for college. I really want to do flight attending and this inspired me way more.
hey so did you become one? or are u in college
Was the drug test pee or did they use your hair?
They are generally testing your urine @@ashleybrown3875
Ebony you exude so much charisma and beauty! Thank you for a very informative video , it define fly eased my nerves about a recent application I did xx
+ausafrikbabe Aww thank you so much!! Good luck on your journey to becoming a flight attendant!! 💕
Ebony Christina I got tattoo behind my ear I'm just 159cm tall is that ok?
Hey! I know I'm not Ebony but I can help. If your looking to work with United Airlines then the required height is 152 centimetres, so you are a perfect height, on the website it does not mention about the tattoo as maybe you should get in contact with your preferred airline and then ask the question. I hope this helped! ^JM
JosephVlogs s do you guys hire west indians?
Wow so I just graduated high school and have no work experience but I really want to be a flight attendant. Is 18 years old too young?
jiii - Same here
U have to be 21 and older I believe, and ur gonna need customer service experience
ali seji yes shantel is correct you must be 21 years of age or older
No you can be 18 and take a flight attendant course but it’s soo expensive
I saw 20 as the minimum age at American Airlines. Maybe work in direct customer service to gain experience and save some money because pay is low starting out.
I know this is an old post, but that would be my advice 🙂. Retail helps you learn how to deal with the best and worst of people, and also gain experience and patience that no class or training course can ever teach.
I watched this video a couple of times. Thank you Ebony. I just got invited to new hire training and I'm super excited!
I come from a really small town and I had always dreamed of traveling, my family could never afford to go anywhere, I never got to see so many things I have wanted too. I had never thought about this as a career option, but seeing your video has inspired me so much. I’m also a very introverted person but I will do everything I can to get out there!! Thank you so much !!!
i have my f2f tomorrow and my stress is through the roof! this was so helpful
Thank you so much! I am applying to different airlines! Hopefully I can become a flight attendant or work at the airport!
You're so welcome!!! Good luck with applying! 🙂 Don't forget to stay up to date via the flightattendantcareer.com site (link above) for all the airlines that are hiring! That site is awesome.
Jordyn Azevedo lol
What happened girl
How did it go
So glad to hear you don't need any qauilfucations I've recently quit college I was studying aviation I decided the whole airport thing just wasn't for me/ check in . :)
YOU ARE SUPER GORGEOUS!
Aww you're super sweet! Thank you!!!! 😘
hello christina im from singapore & i've watched this video like 2 months ago before i gone for the FA recruitment on 12 august & i passed the 3 rounds of interview tmr is the day i'm signing my contract! i'm taking notes from you! can't wait for my flight attendant training begin!
I really really want to become a flight attendant. This literally helped me so much
I'm grateful that I clicked on this video.
You're gorgeous, very articulate and well spoken. Very informative video. First up video interview, think I'm gonna do it when I get off work today.
Thank you so much!!! Go for it!! I wish you the best of luck! 🙂🙂
I'm currently 13 and my dream is to become a flight attendant even though I'm still young watching this video encourages me to pursue my dream and hope that one day I'll be a successful flight attendant
THANK YOU!!!😊
Would server jobs be considered good enough for customer service experience?
I work at Corner Bakery Cafe for the past year and a half and I got two face to face interviews with legacy carriers! (I also have worked doing behavior therapy, disney store, target 3x, robeks juice, and i have two college degrees---one BS in human services and one AA in liberal arts) with background in counseling classes
Yes. I believe they actually prefer hospitality experience
Just got the invitation for my live interview!!! God is working!
thank you for inspiration. cause I feel like there's no hope and I don't have any money for college or training institutes sigh
+Monique Montiqque I'm happy to hear you've been inspired. Give the flight attendant career a try. No money really needed and you'll gain so many experiences thru travel! Good luck!
Ebony Christina thank you❤
wonderful video I am feeling soooooooooo inspired, you go girl, one of my besties is in the same field as you and she has been encouraging me to do this but awesome video

Hey thank you sooo much for this video I’ve been wanting to be a flight attendant for a while and you were the first black woman that popped up when I searched how to become a flight attendant. I appreciate you
40+ dislikes are from United Airlines personnel
you have inspired me. thank you. I have an interview in MSP for my hometown airline...xxoo..great content and industry advice!
Did u get the JoB?
Andddd you lasted 2 years...this video compared to your newest is CRAZY
Happy for you, Ebony! And, your mom hooked you up with with the information. Bless you both!
+Ma Galindo Oh great! I'm glad you liked my video and found it encouraging! Thank you so much for watching. I wish you the best of luck!! 😂
I'll keep you posted.
any updates?
Hi BRI CHERI,
I've been rejected by the mainline airline that I did the video interview with.
I'm nervous and haven't accepted it yet :(
You have nothing to lose; take the chance. The feeling of rejection becomes easier to deal with. How many airlines did you applied to?
+Richard Mitchell only one, last week. They sent the interview invite earlier this week.
Thanks for your advice, i took your advice and showed up and showed out. I got invited to Flight Attendant Training for a regional Airline that I love.
OMG congrats!!!! This message really made me smile. I'm so happy for you!! Good luck at training! You're going to love this lifestyle! :) Proud of you
I work at a bank too and I feel the exact same way as you did! I am in Huston for my f2f! Crossing my fingers 🤞🏼✈️😋
You seriously seem so sweet! Every point you made you were just so encouraging (: Loved your video!
Aww thank you so much!! That's what I aspire to do, encourage others live their dream 😊
Best video I watched so far on FA interviews and tips! Thank you! I applied and this really helps? Passports are obtained before or during training?
You are so articulate and polished! I have an interview today and im nervous! You made me smile the whole time watching this video. You are beautiful. Good luck on your career and life doll!
+Cali Vixen Thank you so much!! I hope your interview went great!! 😘
I REALLY LOVED YOUR VIDEO!!!! very helpful!!!! thank youuu
+Francisca Carolina Olguín Gatica Aww thank you!!!! ❤️
Can you please let me know what it's like being on reserve? On days you work, do you get to bid or make preferences?
Reserve life can be tough! But it's bearable. While on reserve you can't bid or make any preferences for your trips, the airlines will assign those as the need arises. You will only be able to bid your days off. Basically the airline will assign you trips a day or so in advance but a lot of times they will be assigned immediately and on the spot. That's the tough part because you never know what to pack bc you don't know where you'll end up.
Hi! are there weight restrictions or size restrictions?
I know a woman who was a flight attendant for 10 years, she's a short, more heavy-set woman. Not all airlines will have restrictions, you would have to research that specific airlines requirements.
Chey R I do believe that some airlines require you to know how to swim!
i just got an video interview this morning your videos are so helpful!!! i can't wait to become a fly girl !!!
tecnoklaus thank you I will
I hope your interview went well! Good luck on the process! #FutureFlyGirl
Thank you soooo much!!
I want to reach through my phone to give you a huge hug and tell you how much I appreciate you. My husband gave me the go today telling me how badly I need to follow my dream career as a flight attendant. thank you so much.
Your airline sounds great. What airline do you work for?
Sie arbeitet bei einer Fluggesellschaft, die vereinigt ist...
Thanks!
Seems like a fun job to have
I so happy I did my research before paying enrollment fee for the flight school I been looking at and it was 7,900. They talk such a good game talking about the relationships they have with delta America and united
Being a flight attendant is my dream job this video is literally so helpful thank you so much!!!❤️
This is great advice not only for becoming a flight attendant, but also other job interviews as well. Thank you!
She looks like Iris West 😍😍😍😍
Delicious
I'm 13 almost 14, I want to be a flight attendant for Hawaiian airlines! But you either need 2 years FA or any flight experience, OR 4 years costumer service experience. I don't know where I can get flight experience from, I don't want to waste 4 years on CS if I don't want to do it. You also have to be 21, and have to know Chinese and Japanese.
h just want to know does weight have to be proportion to your heght?
This is very lovely! I did my online interview today for United Airlines. Like you said Ebony, it was only 5 questions, and I was very confident. They asked me things like, "What would you say is the best achievement you made on a job?" I did the practice session before I went right in. I'm sure that I will get it.
Thank you for this video! Can't wait until I'm 18 to get this job! Hopefully
+Janae Acheson Thank you for watching! Good luck! 🙂
Question :Does it strain family relationships?
Honestly thankyou so much for making this video i just graduated high school a couple months ago an i didn't want to go to college because school wasn't for me but I've always wanted to be a flight attendant but i was really scared an didn't know where to start i feel like it was god having u make this video for me literally just gave the push i needed to do this an go out on faith to pursue this my dream career
You inspire me! I really want to be a flight attendant when I'm older, what airline do you work for? Xx
I have an online interview within the next 3days and I'm so nervous😭
So how did it go?
Online ? Not face to face?
how did it go?
i guess it didnt go well
How did it go?
SOOO happy I found your video! I have my phone interview in 1 hour and this was perfect advice. Thanks.
When applying to an airline, does the location matter? I'm a little confused on knowing what to apply to lol
Hey Christina. I so happen to see your video and decided to watch it. I wish I could explain myself to you more and how you could help me reach my dreams.
Thank you for the tips ! You really did help me with a lot of questions I had . New subscriber here 💋
+Dominique Forever Thank you subscribing! 😘 I'm glad you found this video helpful! Good luck! 💙
Ebony Christina hey I need ur help me get it together with a interview video
Wow your videos are so motivating and informative. I have a LI coming up in a few weeks and I am super excited. Wish me luck 🤞🏾
Are airport code memorization required or part of test?
is there usually a "season" when airlines hire flight attendants?
L Taylor I noticed how august through October for the new year!
Hi Ebony! I am considering be a flight attendant. And I am preparing for the interview but i have't applied yet. Your video inspired and encouraged me and so much motivation! I can see my self doing it for over 20 + YES. I am very scared of interviews because i am shy and quiet person but i would love to try! Because ever since my first job this is the new career that felt I truly wanted. i am really exciting about my future career being a flight attendant!

omg you are gorgeous! thank you for sharing, i am planning to apply to be a flight attendant so I found this very helpful! new subbie :) xoxo
Thank you for posting this! I have a video interview I'm going to complete tomorrow. I laughed so hard when you said a part of your spirit died walking through your old work's door everyday, that is exactly how I feel at my current job. It is not me at all. So glad to see you are happier where you are now! :)
Hi, I have been invited to have a video interview. Any pointers on what type of questions they will ask? Thank you in advance any help is appreciated.
Wow just got inspired! I am finishing my 2 year Au Pair program in USA and flying back to Czech Republic in 20 days.. and my mind is still running with ideas what to do next. I don't want to go back to 9-5 job (had the same feeling like you).. so I'll go apply and I see!
