    Re: CHRONIC FATIGUE (adrenal fatigue)
    I’m an empath who’s been around narcs my entire life-I was born into an all-narc family and was apparently almost-exclusively around narcs at school and work. The empathic people I’ve met were never meant to stay…they were encountered either in passing, or were in my life for the short-term. When I was growing up, the few nice kids always moved, and as an adult, I would come into a workplace, right as the only other nice person was leaving. I didn’t know about narcissists as a sub-class of humans back then, and I always registered how drained the people looked, as they prepared to move on. I was always happy for them, since everyone should be/go where they can thrive and live out their purpose, but I didn’t know that it was meant to foreshadow what was in store for me.
    (For the younger people, if you’re the only non-toxic person in a group/organization, etc, it’s by design. The good people who have good boundaries & understand their worth are driven away by the poisonous people, so know that it’s ALWAYS a red flag when there are no other kind, considerate, empathic, hard-working people of integrity.)
    ---
    I always strived to be holistically-healthy & well-rounded, so I couldn’t understand why I was so tired all the time. Dealing with the effects of incessant abuse & neglect takes a huge toll on one’s health, so knowing what I know now, none of it is surprising. I also dealt w/ the abuse by eating comfort food, so though the info wasn’t readily available back then, I see the role of simple carbs on the body now. (Knowledge really is power, for those of us who take accountability for ourselves.)
    I’m now 49, and I’ve had cycles of chronic fatigue throughout my life, but beginning about 4 - 5 years ago, when I finally learned enough about narcissistic abuse, and was able to heal my body from the trauma trapped in my cells, my chronic fatigue began to subside. I no longer have it, but it was a very gradual process.
    Broadly, what caused it was TOXIC PEOPLE. What allowed me to heal was ELIMINATING TOXIC PEOPLE.
    Coping w/ the stress of toxic people brings on some bad habits that don’t serve your wellness, and when those people are gone, those habits also drop away naturally, much of the time, since you don’t need those coping mechanisms anymore. At least, that was the case with me, after a lifetime of struggling with being able to muster the energy on a consistent basis, to ever get anything done (or to stay un-depressed & un-suicidal enough to have the energy & motivation to carry out plans.

      Yes Mo! 💯
      I grew up as the “black sheep”. I felt I didn’t even belong in my own family. It was only 10y ago when in therapy for what I thought were MY issues…. finally at 34yo I realized I was the scapegoat/truth teller. Narcs do not like truth tellers. Throughout my life I started to develop relationships with narcs whether friendships or romantic relationships. I’m still learning about my authentic self rather than what these people made me feel about myself. I’ve been diagnosed with autoimmune diseases, anxiety and depression most likely stemming from this trauma. The fatigue is hard to deal with. Constantly in flight or fight mode is draining. However, the more I am aware of the particular circumstances of abuse the more I shed that part of me that doesn’t align with my true self. Enlightenment has saved me.
      Keep going! We ARE worth more than we know and deserve to be happy. Congrats, Mo. I’m proud of you. 🤗

      @@gjinkalla23 YES!! 💯 I wish I’d always known that that was a definite “tell” of the culture in an organization. Being in those situations brings the onset of adrenal fatigue rather quickly, and I never knew why I was always developing this “mysterious” cluster of suppressive symptoms. 😞

    • @carmaela2689
      @carmaela2689 3 месяца назад

      Being an empath is not some badge of honor. Empaths are just as dysfunctional ad narcissists. Narcissists don't respect other's boundaries and empaths don't respect their own boundaries. Narcissists and empaths are the same energy. They are just two extremes of the same degree. If you want to stop attracting narcissists, stop being an empath, or else you and narcs will always use each other to reconcile the out of balance energy. If what I'm saying is triggering you, that's a sign I touched a nerve, which is a sign that I'm on to something. You have chronic fatigue because you keep letting vampires suck on you. They get off on it and so do you. If you didn't, you wouldn't allow it. Think about it.

My oldest daughter is a blondie who I let express herself (chemical free) with any color she chose. Through Junior/high school. She’s settled into black. BOY let me tell ya❣️ That’s fitting❣️My other children, Jacob with brown hair, and his twin Ruby with black hair are EXTREMELY ACCURATE❣️ Could you please do a podcast on autism, and ADHD? If you haven’t already. As my twins have this issue. I’m always looking for information about how those topics affect them. There’s NO DOUBT Ruby is made from star dust magic❣️ Of the three of my children I learned profoundly from her. 🥰

    I am LOVING your videos, thank you so much for the wonderful content! I’m curious about eye and hair color and I wonder why mine has changed (naturally) so much over the course of my life! I was born with very straight jet black hair and dark brown eyes. By the time I was 2 or 3 yrs old my hair turned blonde and wavy (even curly in places) and my eyes became a much lighter brown! In my twenties my hair became auburn (with a lot of natural red) and my eyes turned hazel! Now I’m in my 50’s and just started turning silver and white and my eyes are mostly green (no brown) with a ring of blue on the outside! I feel like I have . connected with all of the traits you have talked about, without dying my hair. Interestingly, both my parents have/had brown eyes and brown hair. I really don’t know anyone else personally whose hair color and eye color has changed so much within a lifetime. My partner says that my eyes sometimes change color even when he’s looking into them, at times seeing yellow and violet. I know it sounds crazy, right?! lol Anyway, I just wondered what your thoughts were on this.

    • @philosophy_schilling
      @philosophy_schilling 2 месяца назад

      @@th-ck9vl Yes. I think there is something to closing the eyes that connects us to what is beyond the physical sight and conscious mind. Some therapies happen with the client's eyes closed to do psychic surgery, so to speak, on the subconscious, changing ourselves at a deep level. Meditation utilizes this technique as well. I think that channeling will often sound human and modern because it isn't possession. It is rather receiving and communicating energetic messages that are then filtered and translated through our human language and perspective. Hope that helps!

    Hi Mariya! Thank you so much for this. It’s strange because when I was young (a child) I had very light brown hair which had super red natural highlights. As I grew older my hair naturally got darker. I’m 49 now and my roots (I dye my hair) are black! So everything you said about redheads and black haired people made so much sense! I have medium to dark warm brown hair. I love dying it black. I’ve had every “natural” colour and I resonate the most with black. Im in my early 40s but my hair is very grey. I noticed my first gray hair at 22 (which is also my life path number).
    My daughter was born with blonde hair but it turned to a light brown at around 3. She is now almost ten and really wants to be blonde.

    That's very cool, interesting information. Thank you so much for posting it. I was born Ginger blonde so I am part red part blonde and so I'm a little concerned that I'm a mix of both LOLI do. Hell, let me hear more red nail than blind. So I guess that's the rebel part of me coming out.

    What about white? I was shocked by a non grounded refrigerator when I was lifeguarding and it fried my melanin along the line of my bathing suit. Eventually I lost more and more pigment over the years and now my white hair on my crown won’t hold hair dye. I get compliments on how white it is. I think it means I get more messages from the other side. ( the initial electrocution started my ability to see and hear ghosts and animals..). I asked a lady I met recently who also has vitiligo and she agreed she can hear others more easily.

    Explains why I don't feel like myself unless I dye my hair blonde. I was born brunette but I'm definitely not one energetically.

    Hello, my natural hair colour is olive brown, and the times when I went to gold, blond and the time I started to awaken(5 years) I died my hair red and I got a tattoo ( sigils, rune,) that means strength, power, prosperity, eliminate of obstacles... after that, I dies my hairs different shades of red, ginger, blonde, short long, medium, bob, I let them grow my natural colour, dyes blonde, purple dark purple, red, blood red, pink, orange and more than 1 years ago I dyed black. Now I feel like I have transitioned to every colour, I got them all and now I want to go back to my natural colour, so for a couple of months I have not dyed my hair any more. I feel like I have acepted myself ,know my self andnow I want to be natyral and welcome my gray hair.
