I'm obviously a little late to post on this video, but I have loved your content and your brilliant way of creating inserts to organize items. Thank you so much for sharing! I've gotten all my stickles and ink pads organized, and now moving onto washi tape. I have no idea how you came up with the measurements for the containers, but thank you!
I actually use the packing materials that came with the Alex drawers as a shim in the back of the drawer. There's cardboard the exact length and depth needed and Styrofoam pieces too! I didn't know that until I built 2 and had 3 more to go. I dug them out of my recycling bin so fast lol
Thanks … She definitely has her own little personality … and she thinks she should be the center of attention all the time, so it's funny how she acts when she's not !!!
So much washi!!! Yes, please do a video on how you made the box out of card stock! I need to make a few odd sized boxes myself! Thanks for sharing your organizational tips, Karen! They’ve really been helpful for me.
When you said you made that little filler box I thought... “of course you did”!! Your so clever! Love these storage/organization ideas! Thanks for sharing! 🐕 🐕
There is a video that shows how to remove the drawer and how to extend the draw. The reason there is space is for Safety reasons. The cabinet can fall forward when the all the drawers are pulled out. But it is possible to remove the drawer and extend the drawer out. But you must be precautionary. Do it at your own risk. It’s not recommended to extend the drawer. Be careful.
Thanks for the advice. I agree that it would not be a good idea to extend all the drawers. If I was to do this it would be only on a few drawers and only if the contents of the drawers was really light like flowers or wood veneer.
The organization and innovation of these is awesome!
Thanks so much ... I love organizing as much as I love scrapbooking ... lol

I use drawer liner for the Alex drawers and it keeps everything from moving
That's a great tip. I'm going to have to try that !!!
