This is my first video of you and WHY AM I CRYING? This was a _journey_ filled with all kinds of genre: romance, comedy, _horror,_ and adventure. Nina's death broke my heart and it really made this game feel real, people come and go. And when they do, life goes on. The ending was truly bittersweet.. (slow claps in an empty room)
Matthew's overall passive aggressiveness not just to the farmer, but the whole town, is very funny. He will be taking my hand in marriage.
I am really obsessed with you not knowing what caps lock does because there is this character in Homestuck that literally goes through the same character arc you did in this video. It is SO perfect. Great video as always!!! You are so funny and always a joy to watch, Rin!!

I've went back and watched some of your older content recently and I just want to say that your editing and video pacing have gotten so good! I usually don't watch 1+ hour content but yours is very engaging!
This game was part of my childhood and I loved it so much. I was pretty much just a chicken farmer with crops since I couldn't maintain the cows and my son in the game was like 'dad, why are there no cows here if it's a dairy farm?' and I never did end up beating the game since I didn't want my character to pass on 😅. it's been a treat to replay the modern remake now and I'm even more excited to watch this video from one of my fav youtubers!

Also, not playing the male protagonist version as a kid, getting to experience Muffy for the first time and falling TOTALLY in love with her is the realest thing ever.
I laughed so much that I mom came into my room to ask if I was dying while I was watching this. I then replied “mentally? No, I’ve never been mentally okay, mom.” Rin, you make some of the best content ever. Have you played the story of seasons, pioneers of olive town yet? It’s awesome and I highly recommend it. The first bit of info you get on the mayor is literally this line “he seems to like melons”

Ah Wonderful Life truly was the beginning of my Harvest Moon obsession. I remember playing it with my best friend at the time when it first came out. When I got it for myself I went online to try and learn everything. 2004 online game forums were the wild west let me tell you! And from there my love grew and grew. Here I am on the cusp of being...an age but playing this new game brought back all those warm fuzzy feelings.
Great video! It was so much fun to watch! I hope to see more 100 day videos in the future! Maybe Animal Parade next? Whatever you choose I'm sure it'll be great!

I'm too used to getting married with children by year 3 so this is really different. I missed the rival love scenes and it still angers me that they don't have good guy characters. The females are so much better design wise but at least now you can marry girls as a girl so that helps.
Your humor brought me back to middle school. It was a chaotic fun ride. 😊

I would not play this game under the threat of torture but I have followed the Queen on her journey and I am a better person for it.

45:22 Rewatching this video again, and I can't believe I was today years old when I realized that your kids *do* have a parental nickname for you (Mama/Papa), but *only* if your character's pronouns are not they/them. My daughter literally just straight up calls me "Kris" and I thought that your kids did that regardless of your gender, but no, it's only if you choose they/them pronouns. Which is. Really fucking funny, actually, but I wish that instead of that they let you choose the name your kid calls you, like with your spouse. I call myself my cat's "Mama," so that's what I probably would have chosen for my kid to call me.
I don't use the shift key either. I'm so glad I'm not the only one! I had a TERRIFYING keyboarding teacher in middle school so rather than ask questions or risk him walking behind me to critique me, I just made sure I did everything fast, not necessarily correctly. 😬
