On this channel we like to do a lot of dogfighting most videos are some sort of dogfight between 2 different aircraft as we explore their different capabilities. From time to time I like to dabble in Virtual Reality, I think VR is a great new technology and I love to show that stuff off for the channel from time to time.
If you prefer more up close and personal dogfights consider the IL-2 Sturmovik: Great Battle series and experience intense WWII aerial combat over famous battlefields such as Stalingrad, Moscow, Rhineland and Normandy. Fight in and against Russian, American, German, British warbirds such as the P-51 Mustang, P-47 Thunderbolt, Bf-109, FW-190, Spitfire, Hurricane and rugged IL-2 Sturmovik attack plane. You can also fly legendary SPADS, Fokkers and Camels in WWI dogfights over the trenches of WWI and discover your inner Red Baron! And all of this can be experienced in jaw dropping virtual reality!
If you enjoy war thunder or Microsoft flight simulator 2020 or even dogfighting in Battlefield 2042, consider getting yourself into Digital Combat Simulator by Eagle Dynamics, the Combat side of Aviation with the BVR and Dogfights really provides a different and interesting perspective on aviation. You can fly all kinds of combat aircraft including the F-16, F-15, F-14, JF-17, Su-27, Mig-29, Mirage and the F-18 Hornet along with many other aircraft and helicopters like the Ka-50 and Mi-8.

Just some Fun times we've had on the channel let me know how many of these clips you guys recognize
F22 vs j20 BVR
I recognize all of them. I never miss a mission.
Amazing! Does this game let you go up against arlyburk class destroyer?
I think I’ve seem all of them! It’s easy to remember them because they are far and few between. The ones with Longshot are priceless though! You never listen to him!🤣
I hope you read this. I’ve been thinking about how that f22 was flying in formation with you for weeks. (3rd clip) I believe you two were doing a 1vs 1 BVR fight. Have you thought about a 1 vs 1 bvr with a f35 vs a 4th gen to see if it was stealthy enough to do the same?
I can never forget the F22 vid where he's searching for him and he's flying in formation with him all that time. Just hilarious.
The dogfight equal of, "the killer's call is coming from inside the house."
@@manwiththemachinegun yes LOL
Wanna like, but it's already at 69. Nice!
I remember that one, it was amazing😆
Still my favourite
As hilarious as the F-22 sneaking up on the Su-27 is... as hilarious as the R-37 kill is... The most majestic moment is when the two AIM-9s proxy on each other and that Argentine A-4 comes screaming through the smoke cloud...
Thanks for the compilation! This stuff never gets old...
Thanks for always coming out to watch and commenting John. Always a pleasure to see you poking around in the comment section.
@@GrowlingSidewinder - working a metric shit-ton of OT at the moment and I have my eye on an Oculus Rift S instead of a Track IR now... Looking forward to seeing you in the skies soon... Regardless of which side. ;)
JOHN CENA
That's what we all love. A compilation of GS's Famous Last Words. You can't help but laugh.
There is a rumour that the F-14 they ejected from but was still flying was back at base and sat in the hanger by the time they got home.
She's a good cat
@@unsaved013 Always finds her way home.
I actually know of a hunting dog which was lent out to two hunters who didn't hit anything the dog found for them. Eventually the dog dissapeared and the two hunters searched for hours to no avail. In the end as they returned to the dogs owners cabin to tell the sad news, there was the dog, lounging in front of the fireplace. It just got fed up with the two morons who could'nt hit anything and went home.
I wonder if DCS simulates the mass of the pilot + ejection seat, so that the change in center of mass and moment of inertia of the jet after ejection allowed the F-14 to recover like the Cornfield Bomber.
@@Dovorans There was a British Harrier which had an engine problem mid flight and the pilot was forced to eject. Gases from the ejection clear the problem with the engine and the Harrier flew off on its merry way. You can just imagine what the pilot must have said.
Thanks for the reminder f the Cornfield Bomber. Was that one of the Century Series aircraft as I remember one of them landed without the pilot. Was it a Delta Dart of Dagger.
1:30 Is the best. Its just the confidence man it gets me every time
It’s the TopGun scene! He’s doing “foreign relations”😂
It reminds me of that scene in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, where they're all looking over the cliff together.
This clip just never gets old. I cackle every time he puts it in a video.
@@sushifreedom YES!
5:20 gets me everytime lol!
The F-22 forming up with you will always be my fav clip
That was great!
Which video is that?
@@dougelick8397 @1:07
I agree. It never gets old. :-)
I'm still trying to pick out the moment he forms up on you.
That premature ejection with Longshot never gets old.
Well, premature... the Tomcat was on fire
@@andreabindolini7452 Not according to Longshot on the way down
@@feetpiece_704 He is a delightfully optimistic dude
@@andreabindolini7452 I'd tune in for every livestream of their antics if they ever got around to it.
Nah man i was on the ground watching, F-14 was on fire and missing a wing.
The laughter is infectious. My wife doesn't understand.
Mine either buddy lol
Same
"Surprise Wingman" with the F22 is probably still my favorite moment.
One of the most funny things I've seen by GS when rolling with a Sam, dodging several missiles and Longshot wondering why you would do it such a thing 😂
Longshot has great commentary
@@moronstimesfour yeah, agreed!
4:10
I've said it before, and I'll say it again! That F-15 pulled a maneuver straight out of The Sky Crawlers!
That is still the most Chadly kill I've ever witnessed in DCS.
I see a man of culture here
Which video did that come from? I completely forgot which one
@@eurasianfred
JF-17 vs F-15
the perfect cut scream
2:58 will always be my favorite cinematic from this channel. Absolutely mental
1:38, 4:12 and 5:20 are classics, but 9:20, seeing a pair of Phoenixes coming straight through the canopy is the stuff of nightmares 😂
1:40
GS: It's really risky for him to turn on his radar.
Also GS: *Suddenly sees F-22 in review mirror*
Also also GS: *INSTANT PANIC!!!*
"If anybody asks, it was on fire and missing a wing." XD
2:22 is my new ring tone now.
Anytime the sentence starts with "If anybody asks...." are my favorites!
This is just 12 minutes of GS saying everythings is fine just before he's killed. ah man what a great video lol
The stealth formation flying is hilarious but 2:40 is pretty amazing too!
The Putin Kiss after being smoked by the R-37 Arrow.. That there my friend is quality entertainment.
Indeed, regardless of current world politics, that remains hilarious!
The thing I love the most is how confident you always sound right before the hammer drops.
It's a good lesson, being confident when you shouldn't be is usually what gets you killed in real life too.
F-22 encounter at 1:40 was hilarious.
Same my fav clip
1:35 i remember this video vividly
0:37 “is it me or is that rocket getting big-“
"it turns out they can actually pull lead" killed me lmaooo. Keep up the great videos man. We love these moments of death vids. Quit being so damn good at dogfighting so we get more of them
Same! Woke my wife up laughing uncontrollably...
It shows that, no matter what, you never lose the good humor.
That M61 Vulcan sound after the scream in the f15 vs jef was spot on
That F22 pulling some ninja moves on you never fails to make me laugh
I really enjoy your uncanny ability to catch incoming fire with the cockpit. You are second to none. Funny video highlights. I really enjoyed this video.
Have seen his video where he pits an A-10 against an MB-339? Because, he got his head blown off by the Hawg's Gun!
4:16 oof that scream! 😂😂😂, that low speed rudder move by the eagle was golden 😱 !
"These ones are tracking". There's a meme in there somewhere.
Your channel single handedly got me into DCS. Now I’m like $300 in with buying modules and a nice flight stick haha. Thanks for the content
Ahah glad I was able to get someone else into DCS man, hope you’re enjoying your time.
Half of these are perfectly summed up with the classic: “you SLY DOG! You caught me monologuing!”
Ever so graceful in defeat. You got robbed with the missile hit on the F22vF14
The raptor sneaking up and flying formation will always be one of my favorite moments
f22 and the flanker fight...never gets old
I will never, not EVER, get tired of that reaction with the Raptor flying formation.
The F-22 forming up has to be some of the funniest shit I've seen. A GS classic!
That missile missile can form a rythem at 2:22, what a song with dangerous lyrics.
1:39
Ive been playing DCS for 2 years and I have never laughed that hard at that encounter
"i think im safe".......Zwooooosh......KIA
GS + Longshot = hilarity. Always some of my favorite videos.
yeah their 2 morons videos are gold
@@unsaved013 Absolutely!
Whoever was in the Raptor probably howled with delight watching you go panic mode, still one of my fav's.
And that, my dudes, is Sidewinder's early Christmas present to us all.
1:40 by far one of the best segments of your content. :D
Same my fav clip
All classics, but man the JF-17 vs F-15 kill is just a different level
Such a blast 😂
I think he can not see me…. Oh he is right behind me… 🙈🙈😂
The way you said "These ones are tracking" killed me.
Of course the F-22 flying formation with you is by far my favorite trolll video ever!
The first video I ever saw on this channel was the formation flying f22!! I knew then I was a fan. That was so bad ass.
I've seen an F-15C do a pirouette like that in real life and promptly call the kill on me. They are really impressive jets, with surprising capabilities in the right hands.
4:15
Screaming death by 20 mm to the face is my favorite! !
holly crap, the f22 formation flight was a better jump scare than a lot of terror movies have today XD
The flat spin recovery of the F-14, lol a lot XD
1:31
mom: never play with your food, okay?
f-22: haha no
The brass spike when the formation flying F22 appears and the scream just before bullets to the face are my two favorite moments. 😂
F22 in formation - funniest shit ever!
"And I'm treating it like an AMRAAM so I should be sa-"
That was the hardest I've laughed today.
Comedy timing is brilliant.
I love how right when he ejected from the F-14 flat spinning it almost immediately recovered
possibly the best clip ever to come out of dcs is the f22 flying formation with him while he talks about being safe
1:17 ah yes. The F-22 moment. Made famous by the discord. Good vid GS!
Wow, I don’t remember the last time I saw a computer game player accepting a fall or death like that with a dose of laughter and indifference! All my cyber friends are mostly angry, cursing like coachmen, and sometimes breaking some (expensive) keyboards and mouse! That's not happening with you! Well done. I have to send them this video tonight and show them what a dignified acceptance of the fact it is when you are outplayed by someone, who may not be so good, but the position was on his side ...! Great clip my man!
What i love about this video is the confidence he almost always has in his last words before being killed.
I love it! Continue your great content gs!!
Three moments above everything:
- F-22 disrespectful stealth formation
- missilemissilemissile with Longshot in the F-14
- Death in near-space against the F-15
The early ejection from the untouched F14 deserves a court martial.
You know you watch too much of GS when you remember every single one of these. lol. My favorite has to be the Eagle coming over the top when youre in the Jeff.
Definitely the F-22 clip, that is an all-time classic, but anytime you and Longshot are in an F-14 that's a guaranteed fun time!
I think it's the greatest when you *think* you're ok, but that last second of realization when you are in fact, not ok.
I have been watching your vids for 8 months and me just founding out that i have epilepsy and you have made me like plane combat so much that now it's better and you have made my last few months.
That 4:04 F15 maneuver was insane!
GS: Everything's good, everything's fine... Me: nothing is good, nothing it's fine... Rest in pieces
Great comic timing on most of those last words. :)
I am paraphrasing, but just got love the "Look at them down there, looking for revenge, thinking they can pull lead...."
Nothing, I mean absolutely NOTHING has made me laugh harder than to hear and watch you espousing on the technical or tactical advantages that you think you may have... moments before getting waxed by an opponent! This is soooo much fun! I don't have the hardware to fly these cool games on, but it sure is fun to watch you play.🍻 Cheers!
God that F-22 sneak was ridiculous. I died laughing when I first watched that video. Lol
"Look at that nose!" was the first thing I expected and I was not disappointed
"If anybody asks, it was on fire and .. there was one wing missing."
"ya ya i got your back"
6:45
4:11 That was spectacularly funny! "I'm not sure I like what I'm seeing"
4:30 - gotta be my favourite lol
The sound of the helmet pictured with that smug face underneath in that ww2 plane is just too good.
4:10 The Best Kill🤌🤌
I was sure this was gonna be you killing other guys. Refreshingly humble portrayal of you biting it. Love the commentary and impressed with your comprehensive knowledge. You da man :)
soo disrespectful at 1:39 hahaha
Though I still laugh hard at the F-22 pulling formation on you, nothing is funnier than listening to you and Longshot working together in abject failure. Comedy gold every time!
01:41 BEST REACTION EVER! That F-22 Was like "Hello there buddy, uh... what are we doing?" 😂🤣
Yo GS, thanks for the trip down memory lane. The formation flight will never be forgotten. Great compilation. Have a pleasant day. Cheers.
The F-22 flying formation was gold!
my fav last words from GS:
I might actually survive this :D
So I should be safe!
6:43 was the best, never leave directly :)
1:08 that's a certified hood classic
When your RIO says that just proved my point when your watching your plane fall to the earth has to be the most disheartening thing ever.
"I think I might actually survive this.." should be one of the famous last words.
2:55 Absolutely nailed the editing here. Beautiful.
1:44 there's the panic flaring, that's what we like to see.
I demand more GS Cold War dog fights! DEMAND IT
Must admit that the Cold War is one of my favourite periods for dog fights
Treating the R-37 AA-13 arrow like an 120 AMRAAM he says
"Ok, if anybody asks it was on fire..." - died laughing! 🤣
And was missing one wing lol
3:00 Awesome!
The scariest dead of them all, for me, is the F-15 shooting GS right in the temple with 20 mm cannon at almost point blank range. Lord have mercy! 😭
“I don’t think they can pull lead” *splat* I love this man!! Lol!!
The best way how to learn is from mistakes and in the case of flying it is good if it is a mistake of somebody else.
