- Here's a first look at the Nuuna notebooks I received this week! They're like Leuchtturm but soft covered with awesome designs.

Uh oh. I really don't need any more notebooks but I just couldn't resist. Bought the diary, 2 medium and 1 small notebook. Can't wait for them to arrive eek 😝

That chrome one, wow. I like the black one too, it's so classic and understated but it's hard to get the holographic chrome out of my head. Love that they did the edges too... pretty spectacular and a brand I've never seen. You're going to have fun using those for sure

I do have to correct you on the cultpens shipping thing though - shipping is free above £10 and I normally get my stuff from them the day after it's been posted, so pretty good free shipping.
Damn it. There's two that I'm pretty much in love with.
+Danni Lawrence The books were £27 each. That's a tad steep. The two together from Nuuna were €40 including courier delivery.
December in German is Dezember so Dez is the common German abbrevation for the month :-).

Bought my first one today in Croatia, fell in love with it. Lies flat, paper ( as you said), the recyclable leather is lovely to touch, sustainable ... thank you for your review....🙏😁

I've 40+ (almost all of them) NUUNA notebooks, because I refuse to write on any other paper. Dots are magic, they don't appear when you copy or scan.
Love, love, love that gray one. I think I'd use the end pages as a future log.

The blue jean material? By the way, I checked out the website and couldn't actually find that journal. Probably just as well....the one thing I DON'T need is another diary.

Took me a while, but I finally found it....unfortunately the shipping is $25 USD (more than the book itself). I'll have to live vicariously through your videos.
I can see the next video off to the side, the FULL Pen Test. I'm torn between watching it immediately, or going to Amazon to add this to my cart. Oh, look, a squirrel.....

NUUNA NOTEBOOKS:
Their 120 gsm uncoated and made in Sweden "Munken" paper performs terribly bad (with lots of feathering + ghosting + bleeding), even using an F point nib fountain pen.
I was so disappointed!
But on the other hand, I'm really looking forward to see an upgrade on paper quality on Nuuna notebooks (with no feathering + ghosting + bleeding = not absorbing that much ink), because they really are (look and feel in your hands) special.
As soon as they improve their paper quality (should they do it any time in the future), then I'd be very glad to buy them again. But current quality is a big NO for me.
