Oh Mindy you CAN'T beat yourself up, it takes most couples 6 months to 1 year to get pregnant and that's with doing the "Deed" more then once a cycle. Don't ever give up ypu got this girl

I had a friend who wanted to be a mother so bad, that she got stressed about it, for a few times she had negative tests until she let It go, trusting that the baby would come when It was the right time...she relaxed and that's when she got pregnant. Keep trying but don't over stress about it, if you get distracted in something else while trying, you'll see that you'll end up pregnant. I send you lots of hugs

It took us 4 1/2 years to get pregnant. We did 5 IUI’s and all of them failed, then did one round of IVF and it took the first time! We have been blessed with beautiful twin boys! They are 4 years old now. We all have our own journeys. Don’t give up! You’ve got this!

I agree with you 100% . Doctors are brilliant but they dont know everything. Especially GODS personal plan in your life. I was told when I was very young I would NEVER be able to have children. Now I have 2. (One biological one adopted) so keep stong in your faith and you will be just fine as his plan for your baby rolls out exactly when it is supposed to.

Watching this back now really just shows how much God is in control and that he always has a plan. Even in times of disappointment and sadness he has a plan. You were right, that donor was not meant to be. It was meant to be Larry. We know how badly you wanted a biological child with Larry (though you would have been happy regardless), and that’s exactly what you got. I had 9 IUI’s between to different doctors and finally got pregnant on the last one. We now have a beautiful 17 year old daughter getting ready for college. NEVER give up it will happen!!!!! Pregnancy is something that can take people years, I don’t know many people who got pregnant in their first couple month of trying. However I do understand your situation and the way you are achieving pregnancy. Do Stay positive xx
I second this, and from my experience, not every pregnancy will even be healthy. It’s a process for most people.
I third this!!! Took me 7 IUI’s for my daughter. Did 10 more after her with no luck. No medical reason for us not to get pregnant. So two tries is nothing. Head up and keep trucking.
I agree too. I think there is a lesson for people in this. Don't presume you will get pregnant quickly as it can take years (especially if you in late 20's and above.) I'm still trying a year later. Some get pregnant early but the majority of people take a while. I respect Mindy's choices but two vials sets an expectations and adds pressure. See the process as a marathon rather than a sprint. We've got this women who are starting the journey or still on the journey xx
I agree, my husband and I have been TTC for 3 years. Magically got pregnant in July 2020 right before I was starting fertility meds. Sadly, we lost that one. We have taken 5 rounds of Femara (ovulation meds) and have yet to see another positive.

Well guess who came to visit me yesterday??? The monthly cycle!!! It's been really bad too. Mine has been IRREGULAR, to say the least, since I started the first time...when I was 14...then again when I was 15.

I was adopted....do not know my birth parents....by my dad and mom took me home and treated me like I was thier kid.... if it does not work out did you ever think about how many kids out there would love to have a great couple take them in..... just sayin 🤷
@@KimmyHOH she only tried twice. Just because it didn’t work the first two times does not mean that it’s not going to happen. She wants the chance to be pregnant and have her own biological child. The doctor told her, her body is capable of making a child. Not everyone gets pregnant the first few times they try.
Some people just want to experience what it’s like to be pregnant and have a child grow inside of you, and that’s okay. Adoption is an incredible thing and an amazing option available to so many people looking to either begin or grow their family, but it’s not right for everyone, and that’s okay too. Sometimes the desire to experience pregnancy is so strong that people want to exhaust their options in order to get pregnant before considering the route of adoption. I’m sure Mindy and Larry have had lengthy discussions regarding all of the options available to them, including adoption, and we have to trust that they are doing what’s right for them.
I couldn't agree more. The world is so overpopulated as well! People are so caught up in themselves that they cannot imagine the idea of a baby not being theirs biologically... such a shame. Think of how different things would be if more people were like your parents! Kudos to them

I know it’s hard but keep strong sweetie. Im talking from experience with fertility issues and also last march I held my premature son while he was dying. Now having the same fertility issues and today I’m going in to have a small operation in my brain so I won’t lose my life during the future pregnancy cos of IIH. I’ll be praying for you. On a lighter note, Mindy is not an ugly crier :-) all of this trying & not succeeding is a life lesson that will make you appreciate the baby all the more
It can take perfectly healthy couples six months to get pregnant so there’s no need to be discouraged yet. I’m sorry you’re disappointed, but sometimes these things happen for a reason. You might want to look for a donor that has many vials of sperm. That way, if you ever choose to have another child the children will be full siblings. Good luck to you!
I am so sorry on your behalf! I am only 19 and of course don’t plan to get pregnant or anything. But your sad news goes straight to my heart. I really wish there were something I could do to help you guys. I can only say that I truly believe it will happen some day, and that I pray for you all the way from Denmark. Your words and happiness has even reached this little country. I saw you had the book about “hygge”, and that is a word you miss in English. But that is (normally) the feeling your videos bring me! I’m so sorry, I can’t imagine how that feels. I was so hoping that you would have a positive outcome. I’m praying you have a positive outcome, I know you will. It’ll happen, it’s going to happen. 💞
Just to put it into perspective, you basically had unprotected sex once each fertile period. It takes many many women (myself included) longer than that to get pregnant, and that's having sex several times each month, using ovulation strips, doctor's guidance, and everything else. My neighbor's daughter and her husband tried for 13 years and had every test known to man to find out why they couldn't get pregnant but there was nothing wrong with either of them. They had an IVF and now have a beautiful little boy. Then with their next IVF, they miscarried. This process isn't as easy as some people think. I know it's disappointing, but two tries is NOTHING in the grand scheme of things.

I have had failed fertility treatment after having cancer, I’ve had miscarriages and it is the most heartbreaking thing but once you do get pregnant and have that beautiful baby it’s the best thing in the world. Stay strong, pray about it & in Gods time you’ll have your miracle baby! I have a toddler now and a couple of years ago I was defeated and thought why why why when I want it so badly. It’ll happen girl! Love to you and Larry & baby dust your way!
