The at home stretch Dr Hesch recommends is the single best movement I have found for my same condition as diagnosed by Dr Hesch at his Institute. Thank you Dr Hesch! (N Friedman MD)
This is so interesting. The adjustment you did is very similar to what my PT did for mine. But the exercise you recommended is different than the one he recommended for me.
Mr. Jerry Your videos Are the best I watched most all of them , I've been suffering From lower back pain more than 10 years I've seen More than 20 different Back specialist Without any result I wish if you know someone use your technic in the UK . Many thanks
Hi, thank you for your kind compliment. Just send $$$$ (HaHa!). Sophie Dhenin at Scorpios clinic has studied my material via distance learning and she took the sacroiliac workshop as well. Otherwise see me on your next Colorado USA vacation! Happy Saturday I hope you recover very soon. Tell me about your career. My son is a Mercedes Benz mechanic, very skilled they bring him trouble cars the other mechanics at other dealers cannot repair. best regards Jerry
@@jerryheschsr Thank you very much Sir for your reply Definitely I will try to get to her. I am a merc Technician But sometimes I think to quit my job because my back pain I have seen Many chiropractors And osteopath It's been waste of time and money They are useless here in the UK .
I hope to god that this works for me i have a similar case but it feels like my right side is rotated forward i feel the psis but on the left but the right side barley i have pain going to a seated position staying in a seated position getting up from a seated position standing in one position for longer than 6 min changing sleeping positions is like a nightmare . ive been doing Glute strengthening excersices but i can’t say for sure that its helping the actual rotation but i definitely feel more stronger but still uneven and pain still persists and worsens if i stop the exercises my question is this treatment going to fix the problem permanently or just temporarily and i have to keep up on it SORRY FOR THE LONG COMMENT AND I LOOK FORWARD TO YOU ANSWERS THANKS
I have no idea what your presentation is. You can look at my videos on pelvic spring testing. A hands on evaluation is necessary in order to know what your pattern is what best rx is and also necessary for prognosis. I am sorry I cannot be more helpful. I describe more than two dozen different patterns of movement dysfunction.
I got to know about you from a fb group . It seems I have SI issue whenever I see any chiropractor or physio I tell them I feel I don’t sit on my both hips evenly .. but it seems they are not able to diagnose I have SI issues . What I feel after seeing ur videos I have left side posterior n upward illium shift which I turn is slight reason for where I have lower back pain . Apart from this I have a issue with my left hip too xrays say so & I was born with hip displasia but had surgeries as a kid and was doing very good till I was 44 years now I am almost 50 . So had been seeing orthopaedic hip drs, based on my symptoms explained they were not sure if I am a candidate for THR . So a week ago I was given a diagnostic hip injection , I did feel better in my hip but my symptons n pain related to SI joint got more pronounced . So now I think I need to get this fixed then think of any thing else or may be I may not require a surgery for hip , as o didn’t have direct symptoms related to hip disfunction like pain in hip or inner groin ..... I live in Toronto please if you could suggest whom I could see here for manual therapy and what all exercises I can do . I have been a very active person and lots into extensive yoga owing to that I am quite flexible n strong and have a petite body frame & understand my body well . I am still very active but not as much if I didn’t have this issue . Any help or advise would be highly appreciated .. I have even left a msg on email and on your fb page . Thanks
The hands on testing is extensive and there are many patterns such that it is impossible to give specific advise. You can search youtube “hesch ball exercises” they might afford some benefit. I do not know anyone near but see if sophie hawkins is close enough. If u ever want to see me in Denver details are on hesch institute website
Hello,I have been stuck in this position, the right side is on posterior making shorter leg and create lateral pelvic tilt, from what i understand u try to bring that side to anterior and unlock it what i dont understand is which muscle u pointed there,in my case my hamstring on the right side pulling down to posterior the pelvis and slightly forward the right side turn to left when standing Thank you
it require passive joint stress/mobilitytests to determine what pattern of movement dysfunction you have as there are many. i do not implicate any particular muscle.

I need this so bad all the spots you touched I have severe pain plus a huge swollen trochanter bursa.
Sorry to hear I hope you get good care.
Doc was it the right leg that appeared to be longer while patient was lying in prone?
I get readjusted by a chiropractor but the pain returns after some activity like tennis or going to the gym
Can a collapsed (left side) L5/S1 disc trigger this twist on the Ilium and this also trigger the upper cervical inestabilyty?.

Kinda interesting as a chiropractic student we do exactly the same thing lol
Interesting as I have never heard of a chiropractor using my technique.
@@JerryHeschInstitute100% true. I’ve never heard of any Chiropractor doing anything that you do. 😂
