Miku was getting the members to go up and pull faces at Akane, who simply pulled faces back. You can hear the laughter in Saiki's voice as Akane was pulling faces at her. The band that plays together stays together. And Band-Maid know how to play and have fun. Sometimes they are like big, extremely talented children on stage, goofing around.

As one jaded former DJ and radio personality said after watching the video, "For all you new rock bands out there, that (Don't You Tell ME" video) is how you do it. This video is one of the many reasons why Band Maid has so many followers worldwide.

A reflection on your comment about Misa. Misa doesn't Murder the bass. She Assassinates it. Allow me to explain. Misa's epithet is "The Barefoot Assassin". Three reasons... 1) She nearly always plays shows in bare feet. 2) Her maid costume is akin to an 'Assassin Maid' tunic. 3) She assassinates her bass guitars.
Did you notice Akane breaking Saiki into a giggle when you stopped to mention MISA? About 4:33 into your reaction. The Maid's are always trying to mess up Akane, but she gets them first, the unflappable Gorilla!
They have done a bunch of different openings to this song over the years. They just did a different one for the 10th Anniversary Tour final last November! Just a shallow observation - musicians don't "work" music, they "play" music. Especially _this_ band! By the way, you haven't watched the official music video for *"Sense"* yet, right? It's the opening theme for the anime "Platinum End."
Agreed the mix of Japanese and English lyrics flows much better than just the English. I could think of a couple of Japanese bands who could benefit from mixing it up rather than trying to do just English.
Since I don't speak Japanese I don't know if my perception is accurate, but, Japanese seems to flow faster and better matches the tempo they 'play' at. When you get to "Influencer" you'll understand better. @@purplebutterflywithabrokenwing
