I think this clip of TV-am where Howard Jones was being interview by Mike Morris and Lorraine Kelly was in April 1992 almost a week after the General Election because Swing Out Sister who was on TV-am the next day appear on Top of the pops on Thursday 16th April 1992 even thought Top of the pops was pre recorded on Wednesday night 24 hours before it airs on BBC One. That is my guess
