Actually simple and easy to do alone, take a r1 yoke (top, middle and bottom) and use what ever 43mm Upside-down system you like. Most chose r1 or r6 forks with the wheel and breaks ready to use. I referred a 2006 GSXR 1000 to insert. Perfect fit I might add. Breaks and custom disc plates for extreme stopping power combined with the wight of the whole system and I can lean into corners like never before, also the bike now is about 10cm lower therefore more aggressive and agile. No special knowledge is required, only passion for fixing motorcycles and a few tools. I had no help in the modification so it took me 3 days to get it on...

Yep frame sliders look nice but could be shorter maybe as the leverage could crack frame if dropped at speed. I cut mine down though the best method is never drop it !

@@Lussis555 I have heard that the R6 triple clamps also work. Do you know if this is true? I believe the R6 also uses the 43mm forks.
