    Food not digesting ?
    Indigestion ?
    If u have Problem in Digesting the food
    Indigestion means staying food in upper abdomen for long time , not going to lower abdomen,
    1. Indigestion reasons :
    1. Gastritis ( no digestive juices
    production )
    2. Eating too much food
    3. Eating too much food in night times
    4. Drinking milk at night time , (after
    eating)
    5. Taking eggs, non veg more
    6. Taking stress
    7. No physical excercise
    8. Not taking much fiber food
    9. Not chewing the food properly while
    Eating
    10. Eating fatty foods
    11. Eating junk foods
    12. Bathing after eating
    13. Taking fast foods
    14. Taking too much dry fruits
    15. Eating less fiber food.
    16. Taking oil foods
    17. Taking protein foods
    18. Taking sprouts ( note : some only)
    19. Immediately going to bed after
    Eating
    2. Tests doctors suggest for indigestion

    So doctors can figure out whether u
    have gastritis or ulcer.
    So people who are suffering with gastritis

    of digestive juices.

    I had constipation for almost few years . I tried many medicine n methods to cleanse my digestive system .     hey vivek..my mom's doctor suggests that isabgol husk(NOT GRINDED powder)
    1.Mix it with water allow for ten minutes and take it. because Isabgol swells up when you soak it in water, thereby forming a gel which is emollient in nature.
    2.Drink lot of water while taking husk and even after that.
    and if isabgul is GRINDED POWDER then it must be stir well and taken IMMEDIATELY.

    1. use grounded flaxseed powder over the raita or your vegetables
    2. roasted flaxseeds along with roasted carrom seeds mixture(add salt for taste) as mouth freshener after lunch or dinner...

    Digestive Issues Healing:
    1. Hot jeera water.
    2. Asafotida 2 pinches in warm water.
    3. Isabgul 1 tsf in water.
    4. Carrom and Fennel Seeds.
    5. Aloe Vera Juice 20 ml in warm water.
    6. Drink enough water all day.
    7. Avoid juck food. Have wholesome food and probiotics.
    8.1-2 tsf of desi cow's ghee daily.
    9. Exercise.

    To help my digestive system in the mornings on an empty stomach I have a concoction made with warm water and I add some finely grated ginger, 1 fresh squeezed lemon, a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of ceylon cinnamon and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and last but not least a tablespoon of Manuka honey. I know it might seem like a lot but I've been taking this only for 2 weeks now and my chronic stomach aches (sometimes they are debilitating) have been drastically reduced (I had them for 4 long years tried everything natural and from doctors but nothing worked). All I can say is that the combination of all these healthy staff I'm taking has miraculously stopped my pains and change my life for better. If you try I hope it works as well as it has for me 🙂

    It's a great vid , although these remedies I believe are focussed on increasing the bile .I have been doing a lot of reading lately and came across a concept as ' Low stomach acid ' vs High stomach acid .Maybe you should find out a method to actually test what a person is suffering from : low or high acid and then resort to these remedies
    I did came across : Baking soda test for detecting low stomach acid but would love if you actually bored down well through this topic and made this knowledge available to us . I really do trust your methods.Hope to see a vid on it soon as ayurved 96% of the disease are due to indigestion . So it would be a smart move to actually concentrate on this topic , so plz do a vud on this

    Aloe Vera got some yellow stuff which is not good(kind of poison) . So after cutting it wash it and place it inside a boul of water for 2 mins and then use it .
