This comparison is really good to me because these two are the ones I have in mind. It doesn't rain very much but I think Rainsport 5 is worth the price.

I had the same dilemma as I have always been a Uniroyal driver. So, I decided to go for the PC7 and I have regretted it so much that I didnt take the RS5 again....
PC7 is noisy, its all over the place, I just dont like it one bit! Never again will I buy Continental again... Now I am stuck with them for abut 50-60000km
If you are still in doubt...! Go for the RS5!

Im rocking the rainsports 5 on my e36, i bought them with the wheels, ive wondered why i always had so much grip with them, reasons are ofcourse a good KW Suspension and some other mods, but i must say im really satisfied with them, my college is driving almost the same setup with some half semis, yes he got more grip then me, but for that money u cant go wrong with the r5, i dont know how much they cost, next tire will a half semi or a michelin pilot sport, courious how they will perform

If you don't get a lot of rain I woudn't bother. The Uniroyals are superb in the wet but the compromise is they lose a bit in the dry, and they do wear faster. We get a lot of rain in the UK so they're perfect, but I wouldn't buy them if I lived in a dryer climate.
