Pride, ego, and perception are the main causes for 99% of issues in today's society, if you're real and you can fight, defend yourself and you know you can get yourself out of any situation with skill you will definitely calm it with the anger and violent reactions, swear since I learned Jujitsu & MMA training I calmed down massively because I know subconsciously that the situation I'm in is not a threat to me, gun's are different but it definitely stops a lot of the physical bsh.
