Install APK Files on Chromebook without Developer Mode

If you've ever tried sideloading APKs on your Chromebook, you know you've got to enter developer mode, which requires a factory reset. I had the same issue. I solved it by enabling developer mode which did a factory reset of my chromebook (Wipes all local stuff) and then disabling it again. Then followed this video from the start again and it worked.
