Dear Qantas,
I had a very negative experience with your website today, and then when I contacted your call-center (as your website advised due to a fault with your online ability to process the booking), I was subjected to another equally disappointing experience with one of your customer service reps (1hr 12 mins call time).
Despite my 169,000 Qantas points, you wouldn't let me book online, nor over the phone. I had to spend more than $2,000 to make my booking. Shame on you, and I will follow this up persistently via social media until you contact me to explain your case
