Worked with Cal Dodd and the other x-actors back in the 90's on the Capcom video game. Nicest bunch you'll ever meet. A lot of series did their audio at Dome studios in Toronto, top quality and much cheaper than LA. To this day Toronto is still one of my favorite cities.

Gambit has always been an underrated character. Carismatic, funny and a good set of fighting skills with his staff and playing cards. Even in the film adaptations, he was almost none existent

You know with this video this made me realise how both have certain similarities and opposites, in former case it's: rather messed up origin story, having many relationship with women (many other ones such as Bella, Yuriko, Silver Fox and some others Gambit flirts) along which there're red haired ones with incredible powers (Rouge and Jean), but also rivalry with other men (Cyclops and Cody), having equpment related to metal not related to their powers ( Gambit metal armor and Bo Stick and Wolverine adamentium bones) along with coming from places where french is/was used (Canada and New Orleans), have a pesimistic, at times cynic personality and are heroic jerks. The differences are obviously color schemes (red for Gambit and blue for Wolverine), the way they act. Aside from that all of X-men and other characters either villains or heroes have certain similarities and differences creating at times effect YinYang.

The original concept for Bishop, I believe he’s supposed to be Storms grandson. Then Claremont wrote him for a while and gave him a connection to the mutant Gateway. Personally I’d rather have him related to Storm… as they have more of a dynamic that way. Instead of being related to him I think Bishop and Gambit should’ve been a best friend dynamic. Like think of them on a buddy-cop scenario… it would be GREAT
