My mother made us play outside everyday when we were children in the summer. As black children, we never suffered from burns and never wore sunglasses. My mother was not educated on sunscreen and neither was many of my relatives. All of the children that I knew in my neighborhood probably never heard of sunscreen and never been burned as we paled together. So while some dark people can be burned by UV rays, it is not very prevalent in darker people just from my living experience.

I'm going to ask my pastor and priest, why haven't we been taught anything about the Sun and we worship on Sunday?
