Combine that with the powers granted by the Charred council, the upper limit of his powers would be of biblical proportions. And his scythe, harvester, can cut through anything. I mean, the things must probably be used to reap souls, so nothing could escape it's swing. Granted only together, the horsemen can be near unstoppable. But still, he should be up there in terms of power levels.

The armored baron and lost soul do these things. He’s also killed Davoth who scales above the event that was threatening creation during doom eternal. I could go on but I have to eat. They have multiple weapons that they can form from their bodies. Alex had an indestructible armour form. They can destroy tanks, choppers, goliaths, brawlers, juggernauts and hydras etc with ease. They can hunt and consume and morph into other beings. They're basically un-killable, unstoppable even. They're super fast and can traverse city blocks in seconds. They're immensely strong, can pick up vehicles like a feather. They could tank doom guy, Dante, deathwing wouldn't be able to do anything to them, they'd just consume him. Maybe even Kratos would struggle to fight them. He doesn't heal as fast as they do. And they could just consume to heal even faster. They should be somewhere on this list. He has immense strength, he is fast and agile and he has even fought Sauron, the dark lord and main antagonist of the entire Middle-Earth franchise, and won, easily. If he happens to die, he just comes back more determined than ever. He can also raise the dead and command an undead army of wraiths.

There was also no scratches on his exposed arms, his body is also more durable than his Preator suit, which is literally unbreakable. Doomguy also has similar strength with Kratos, Doomguy could rip the Icon of sin's head if he wanted to. The only reason why he used guns is again, it's an FPS game. While Kratos is faster and 5D, Doomguy has more battle experience and 6D.
There are a lot of strong stuff I can think of outside of these games you featured, for example: Neow, the ancient of resurrection from slay the spire. Or Radiance, the god of dreams, light, and mind.
One character who is extremely underrated and could kill Slayer and a few other guys whether it be from the being forced to kill themselves due to being possessed, or the stopping time is Corvo Attano.
Minecraft Steve is actually pretty strong. He can literally hold 5000+ tonnes and even more with the heaviest items while still maintaining normal running speed. He can respawn, create worlds and destroy them. Apparently he was the strongest Minecraft player there was.

I feel like everyone ignores creative mode steve just because he doesn’t look that badass. But here’s just a few things he can do: Lift 2 • 1^619 tonnes, go 130x the speed of light, is literally immortal, with his only weakness being /kill. Which he btw himself can use to kill everything around him in a fraction of a second, he can freeze time, control the weather, could probably obliterate the universe with one hit if it had a health bar, can survive without air, can summon lightning and explosions, can teleport between dimensions, can spontanously summon life, can give himself literally anything, can destroy materials in a millisecond that are impossible for normal people to break, can giev others these powers, can take them away equally easy and he can fly. There’s only one thing he can’t do: Climb over a fence

Basically, There are Four Horsemen of Apocalypse who are the main Protagonists of the series.... They have abilities like Complete Invulnerablity, Matter Manipulation, Soul Manipulation etc. Their main work is to maintain the Balance in their Multiverse by Killing those who breaks the rule of Heaven & Hell.... Even Death had defeated Lucifer!

Usually when we are measuring power we having a scaling system. Dante, depending on the interpretation can go as high as High-Outerversal to Boundless, followed by Complex-Multiversal for Kratos and Low-Complex Multiversal for Doom Slayer. Making them the strongest character within the list of characters in your list. Adding to this, I'm sure there are characters stronger than these three too. A lot of times the capabilities of these characters are represented through lore and not through gameplay and cutscenes because it would ruin the game balance and games are supposed to be fun.

Nice list, but I think you forgot Bowser! Its extreme resilience, its incredible strength combined with fire that burns the flesh off your bones. In addition, if his normal shape is not enough, he can become a giant, which logically entices him to be even more powerful and that wasn´t even everything he could do!
There should be also devil from cuphead somewhere around doom slayer, he can create himself additional limbs, pull his head off, turn into a dragon and a goat, he can jump out of his skin, and become giant, send out bombs out of his ears, make one eye and shoot out an axe at you, spawn his minions and cry.
Pretty sure Emil from NieR would destroy characters like Doom Slayer or Dante The only reason he struggled against Popola and the Automata protags is because he didn't want to use Halua's strongest powers (which he accidently used once, which led to one of the canonically strongest bosses' death and an entire city's destruction, and he wasn't exhausted or tired at all afterwards)

You may be thinking "How will guns harm Kratos?', well those same guns destroyed Davoth's gundam knockoff suit. Doomguy is also way more durable than Kratos. Kratos get's wounded when he fights Gods. Doomguy fought Davoth who is again, stronger than the Gods Kratos fought. Doomguy, after the battle, came out with no scratch on his armor. There was also no scratches on his exposed arms, his body is also more durable than his Preator suit, which is literally unbreakable. Doomguy also has similar strength with Kratos, Doomguy could rip the Icon of sin's head if he wanted to. The only reason why he used guns is again, it's an FPS game. While Kratos is faster and 5D, Doomguy has more battle experience and 6D.

Minecraft Steve is actually pretty strong. He can literally hold 5000+ tonnes and even more with the heaviest items while still maintaining normal running speed. He can respawn, create worlds and destroy them. Apparently he was the strongest Minecraft player there was.

I feel like everyone ignores creative mode steve just because he doesn’t look that badass. But here’s just a few things he can do: Lift 2 • 1^619 tonnes, go 130x the speed of light, is literally immortal, with his only weakness being /kill. Which he btw himself can use to kill everything around him in a fraction of a second, he can freeze time, control the weather, could probably obliterate the universe with one hit if it had a health bar, can survive without air, can summon lightning and explosions, can teleport between dimensions, can spontanously summon life, can give himself literally anything, can destroy materials in a millisecond that are impossible for normal people to break, can giev others these powers, can take them away equally easy and he can fly. There’s only one thing he can’t do: Climb over a fence

Dante, depending on the interpretation can go as high as High-Outerversal to Boundless, followed by Complex-Multiversal for Kratos and Low-Complex Multiversal for Doom Slayer. Making them the strongest character within the list of characters in your list. Adding to this, I'm sure there are characters stronger than these three too.
A lot of times the capabilities of these characters are represented through lore and not through gameplay and cutscenes because it would ruin the game balance and games are supposed to be fun.

Nice list, but I think you forgot Bowser! Its extreme resilience, its incredible strength combined with fire that burns the flesh off your bones. In addition, if his normal shape is not enough, he can become a giant, which logically entices him to be even more powerful and that wasn´t even everything he could do!

The only reason he struggled against Popola and the Automata protags is because he didn't want to use Halua's strongest powers (which he accidently used once, which led to one of the canonically strongest bosses' death and an entire city's destruction, and he wasn't exhausted or tired at all afterwards)
