Before we the people can truly elect a sincere independent president, we first MUST remove, eliminate all useless gov depts (like 90% of executive branch). Presidents shall not have any EO or Proclamations, not needed, just obey and execute EXISTING LAWS.
Then once our fed gov is extremely small, we then can elect a great president, holding his/her feet to the fire. Making sure that for every new law passed, 50 older laws shall be voided.
