Actually, Hillary was investigated by DOJ twice - once by Comey's FBI, and later by Sessions's (ie. Trump's) FBI. Both elected not to lay charges. And, many people did what Trump is accused of, they were indicted and convicted and sentenced and penalized. Trump is accused of stealing military secrets, then lying about it. For merely stealing military secrets, people often get 3 years; but for lying about it, 2-3 years are tacked on. A jury of Trump's peers will judge his actions.

For sure. Since Trump lost the elections in 2018 and 2020, and single-handedly handed the senate away in both 2020 and 2022, not sure why the GOP has not yet learned this lesson. USA can do a lot better.
