does it play 4k and fullHD videos with full screen. i mean there is menu buttons on the bottom of the screen. can it play videos completely in full screen mode.
hay! small suggestion! Try making the boxes play x265 files at different resolutions and at different frame rate and at different color depth like 8 bit and 10 bit so that we can truly know if the box is capable of video playback. Also run a small demo of some Netflix video most of the boxes doesn't run Netflix at HD due to DRM issues also try playing prime video as it has become so popular. And try throwing in different videos with DTS and DD audio so that we can know box can play those formats natively. Nice to see an Indian channel reviewing TV boxes. PS: I am From HYD to! 😁
I try to keep the videos as short as possible because people may get bored with too lengthy videos. This TV box can play 24p, 25p, 30p frame rate videos and you were asking about playing 10bit video right? Don't you think you're expecting too much from a 1700Rs TV box :P I'm glad that you didn't ask about playing a 4:4:4 or 4:2:2 color file on this box.
The video I played was a 4K UHD(3840x2160) file in H.264 format with 50Mbps VBR@29.97fps. So,it can easily play lower resolution file formats.
This box doesn't have built in DTS/DD decoders but you can connect external decoders to the digital audio output to get them.
Yeah Thanks! what about Netflix and Amazon Prime Video? Can it play Netflix on HD? Could please check that. Also most of my files are in HD and Full-HD 10bit x265(UTR releases) , So could you check if it can play x265 files?

Cheap is not always good remember you get what you pay for. What I have noticed with the cheaper boxes is they lack functions and technology that the more expensive boxes have. For instance Cody has specifications for its program that your box must be a certain type of box at a certain level in order to run Kodi properly just because the Box accepts the download and is running Kodi does it mean it's running it correctly you ever notice why you get all the buffering going on because the cheap box doesn't have the hardware inside of it to process it correctly. Everybody thinks buffering is caused by too many people on a network trying to stream all at the same time and that makes you buffer that's incorrect there are a lot of factors that might have buffer. One of the number one things that cause you to buffer is having a cheap box and the processor in it can't process the material fast enough. Number two thing that causes you to buffer is you thinking you have fast enough internet service and your internet is not fast enough. And people trying to upload a new firm wire that's not made for the hardware Inside the Box for instance you can't upload Kodi Krypton unless you have 5.0 or higher so what people are doing is trying to change the KitKat firmware to 5.0 and it doesn't work like that. The hardware that is inside the box that you purchased and bought is made for the OS system that is on the box not made for other OS systems that you're trying to download which causes buffering to happen your Hardware doesn't match the software.
