🦐 焗蝦多士 (12件)
材料:
厚吐司 3片
急凍蝦仁 200克
黑白芝麻(生)20克
調味料:
鹽 1/4茶匙
雞粉 1/3茶匙
糖 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 1/3 茶匙
粟粉 1茶匙
麻油 1茶匙
1. 將蝦仁解凍,用紙巾印乾。 將蝦和所有調味料加入攬拌機。 攪拌均勻,直至變成蝦膠。
2. 吐司去皮。 將每個吐司縱向切成兩半,然後橫向切成四個三角形。
3. 把芝麻混合在一個小盤子裡,備用。
4. 用小匙或牛油刀,將約 1 湯匙蝦膠均勻塗抹在每片吐司上。
5. 蝦吐司表面平均沾上芝麻。
6.將烤箱預熱至180度。 在烤盤上鋪上 Diamond 煮食紙,然後將蝦吐司放在煮食紙上。
7. 在吐司上薄薄掃上少許芝麻油。
8. 將蝦吐司以180度烤約10分鐘或至金黃色。
🦐 Shrimp Toast (12 pcs)
Ingredients:
Thick toast 3 slices
Frozen Shrimp 200g
Black and white sesame (raw) 20g
Seasoning:
Salt ¼ tsp
Chicken powder ⅓ tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/3 tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
1. Thaw the shrimp and pat dry with paper towels. Add shrimp and all seasonings to the food processor. Stir well until the shrimp are thick like a mousse.
2. Cut off the crust of the white toast using a bread knife. Cut each toast lengthwise into half and then crosswise into four triangular pieces.
3. Mix the sesame seeds in a small plate. Set aside.
4. Using a spoon or butter knife, spread about 1 tablespoon of the Shrimp Mousse evenly atop each piece of the toast.
5. Roll the shrimp toast on the sesame seeds until the surface is covered with sesame seeds.
6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with Diamond cooking paper and place the shrimp toast on the cooking paper.
7. Blush a little sesame oil on the toast.
8. Bake the shrimp toast at 180 degrees C for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
