When Ra is invoked with a full auction track, all players can pass. If they do, all tiles are removed from the auction track. If Ra is invoked when the auction track is not full, the Ra player is only forced to bid if everyone else passed.
(When a disaster tile is part of your earnings in a bidding, you get all tiles at the same time. I.e. your disaster tile could make you lose tiles that you won in that very bidding. This is a (rare) reason to pick a disaster tile with a god tile, so that you can apply the disaster tile before you (in a later turn) win the rest of the tiles.)
@27:00 you made an error. The auction tiles you win are collected and THEN the disaster tile is resolved.

If the track is empty, you can still bid for the sun tile that is in play.
If you draw a Ra card and both pass, would you discard the tiles on the auction board?

They shouldn't be multiplied, if you have at least one Flood, then you sum the number of Niles and Floods, otherwise you gain nothing.
