I know this is just my personal opinion, but for many years the World Over has been and continues to be the best news program for Catholic news. Thank you Raymond and the Posse.
I agree 100%. Father Murray and Robert Royal and Raymond Arroyo defend the Catholic Faith and all the truth. I wish more priests were like Father Murray, I'm sure he does great homilies at his parish. It's hard to listen to the truth sometimes but it's essential. Let's pray more than ever for the pope, all the clergy, and the Church.
Everyone wants the Truth. But, the Truth needs to be the Truth and not flawed theology emanating from distorted and biased ideologies.
I agree that all three of you are making good points up to a point. You all try to say it right but get lost when it comes to pope Francis real point. He's the fisherman and refuses to throw the bad fish back in the water ....he, like Jesus on the cross who said ..they don't kown what they're doing. Jesus excused us to his father wether gay foreneirs priests who sexually assaulted children all the lost sheep and He who is love forgives us all. Think about it

ALL Faithful Catholics and especially those with authority (Bishops/Priests/Nuns/Sisters) and those with a voice like Raymond Arroyo need to start petitions, send emails, text messages to the US Bishops Conference to Excommunicate Joe Biden NOW before the election!! His stand for abortion, gay marriage (he married two men twice in a civil ceremony when he was Vice-President).

Locally we have a "Catholic" hospital, but it still has a chapel and the Blessed Sacrament is there. Locally, many Catholic Schools have closed but guess what, several are still going. We have an adoration chapel in our local parish church. Today, a weekday, may hundreds in this diocese went to mass. Today, the sacrament of reconciliation is available in a chapel in a shopping mall no less. Today I met a man who is converting to the Catholic Faith, his wife and children are all Catholic - he was really excited about it and I welcomed him home.
Today Jesus is alive in His Church, He's not leaving, He's not gone and He's not asleep. So, today and everyday celebrate all the good things in the church. Rejoice in it!!

The reason the bishops don't want to slow down or stop the invasion of our country, is because the government is paying Catholic charities (and others) tens of millions of dollars to 'take care' of these invaders. In addition to the paragraph of our Catechism that was mentioned re: the right of any country to defend its borders, there is another paragraph that obligates those invading our country that "they must obey and respect the laws of the host country and help make the host country a better place by their presence", or words to that effect!
That is so true. Since their coffers of dioceses are so bare, I'll contribute to my parish but not my archdiocese, they seek money wherever they can. If I had a good diocese, I would contribute to them, but I'm in the Seattle archdiocese, so I don't. We don't have the worst archbishop in this country, but he's not a good one either. As a side note, some of your money goes to your diocese when you write a check to your parish. To make sure it doesn't, on the check put the words priest's stipend, or maintenance, or vestments, that way the parish keeps all the money.
Wonder why Raymond does acknowledge this fact. Is he really a reporter or maybe afraid to speak the entire truth

The reason the German bishops don't care that their churches are empty, is because, they get paid by the State - they don't need the 'people of God'. I'm afraid very little spiritual good comes from my country of birth.

The spontaneous part gives the game away. If the blessing cannot be imparted in a church and must be rescheduled to a more appropriate venue then it is by definition not spontaneous.

Need we thank ArchBishop Vigano for bringing to our attention that Pope Francis does not celebrate the mass? I don’t recall anyone mentioning it until Vigano’s Twitter message this week.
Apparently he’s not going to be celebrating Mass for weeks this Summer if it’s even true news . These days we need to be careful of news being true news .

Great conversation as usual. The only point I want to make about why the bishops approve illegals in this country is that the bishops get paid per person for each illegal they help. Other than that, informative and truthful as always.

Once again, sorry, there is zero confusion over what Pope Francis says one moment and then does the exact opposite the next, this is his very consistent, modus operandi. The most effective way to understand exactly what Pope Francis says is to watch him speak with the volume turned off and see what actually takes place; works every time, zero confusion.

Question: Why do Robert Royal and Fr. Gerald Murray suppose that, and I quote, "We're going to see some large changes in the end." How is that even _possible,_ if Catholicism is true, and the doctrinal pronouncements of the Holy Father (or an Ecumenical Council ratified by the Holy Father) are infallible? Isn't it the case that bishops will be heretics (as they were in the Arian crisis) and deceive the faithful, but that in the end, their views will be anathematized, and they themselves either repentant or deposed (or dead in their sins)? But the teaching, of all things, will _not_ change. (Or do I misunderstand what Royal and Murray mean by "large changes?")
“If I am lifted up from the earth, I shall draw all men unto me.” Of course we want to “lift Jesus higher”. Perhaps, as His Holiness says, we do not wish to “flaunt” our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in the way the World understands the word “flaunt” - nevertheless, we do wish to “lift Jesus higher” and present him to the World in an unambiguous way.

The news films I see of people crossing our boarder are not primarily of families; there is a child here and there but not many. Also, where is their public stance against Biden’s abortion position? We apparently have cafeteria Bishops.

Most Italians in the bigger cities are cultural Catholics. That is, they are only Catholics by name. I happen to have an Italian friend over there and although she claims to be a catholic, she doesn't believe in the supernatural. I asked her straight out if she believed in an afterlife to which she answered "no". I then told her she was really just an atheist, and she was offended! I suspect there are many like her in the Vatican that's why they never seem to preach on solid catholic beliefs. Instead, they have become more interested in worldly issues like climate change, human rights, and unity among religions. We don't hear anything about saving souls, hell, or sin anymore. They want the Church to be a force for "social justice" rather than Christian justice.

Really? If you have been Catholic your entire life and think that the pope’s job is only “ to defend the faith” you have been a bad Catholic, pretty bad catholic. To say that is to reduce the deposit of the faith just to its minimal expression and the most important about the message of the Gospel, the revolutionary spirit of the Gospel which is the preferential option of Jesus for the poor. Today the phariseic practice of the gospel are of those who spend all the time arguing about superfluous thoughts on apologetics and fears rather than attend the church and the poor. Mathew 25 is also reflected in those different and marginalized like the transgenders and the gays who want to live the faith and you condemned them, shame on you!

This is so disturbing to conservatives Catholics. This pope is not bringing the people together, but the fact is he is dividing us. I pray for him but it is difficult to understand his statements especially about homosexuality, blessings, dogma,etc etc

JPll approved of altar girls because he was pressured to. Many bishops allowed it to happen, and he had no choice but to give in. Before that, he told Mother Teresa there would never be altar girls. He caved to the liberals. Raymond asks towards the end, where's all this going to go? Well, down the drain that's where!
As Pope he was the ultimate authority. If he said no altar girls and the disobeyed his derective a head of the the Church he should have removed them from their positions. He was WEAK. He supposed to hold the keys and sest of St Peter. Do you think St Peter would have " caved" ....This is why things go as they do , there are NO consequences to error and disobedience.
I think having altar girls hurts the amount of priests in the Church. Pope JP II made a huge mistake for allowing this. Altar servers are young, usually pre-teen, and at that age, boys don't like being around girls. So when you have altar girls, guys usually stay away. Serving at the altar used to be a steppingstone to the priesthood, but that's no longer the case. I don't like them, but I rarely complain about it anymore, it serves no purpose.
Pope JPZiI was strong in many ways but neglected cleaning house of Freemasons when Cdl. Gagnon wanted to share his research; he had a blind eye toward McCarrich & other abusers and thereby enabled the election of Pope Francis. He did not consecrate Russia specifically as Mother Mary wished. Someone intimidated him. He lacked moral fortitude in some areas.

These old folks are arguing just as never would have gay people in seminaries who have become priests and even bishops. Guess what? Almost the 50% of the people in formation in Western Catholic seminaries are gay. They like men and are attracted by men, likewise it is the military many gays involved in the army and the marines.
