You really do have informative videos! I want to let you and your viewers know about a recent guest who just tried to have a ("Home Birth" ) in my 5 star beautiful Airbnb! I only caught the situation when I went to collect the weekly trash and the father told me his wife had chosen to do a home birth in my Airbnb and was in labor. She had planned a midwife and everything. I never would have thought someone would even consider such an brazen act, but these entitled people see your Airbnb as their opportunity to do just about anything. Please, do a video about new crazy trends and situations Airbnb hosts need to be aware of. I added it to my rules (No home births)! My rule list is getting longer because of the crazies and I am afraid of becoming a Karen (LOL)!

I had a water birth at home. There was no mess at all and the midwife helped my partner to tidy up after. However, they should have told you so that you can provide white towels and bedding.

Hi Sue there isn't anything that does both properly. Each thing is a specialised service. But most channel managers integrate or link up with dynamic pricing tools like Pricelabs
Chicago here. In my area downtown STRs are illegal and in good neighborhoods the residents sniff out these things and are immediately on the phone to the city which actually has a hotline for it. In the US at least, STRs are really getting legislated away. Cool to see that in Europe its wide open and nobody cares. But when there is a lock box on a fence that appears, everyone runs to report it. Same with folks with luggage. It's become a comedy where everyone spots these and reports them it's like a game.
That's a shame. But I can imagine in "good" neighbourhoods that happens all over the place. Regulation is coming in in many cities. But I think it's short sighted and the lose of tourism revenue will be huge.
