- A boy, who is now 10 years old, confessed to an unsolved murder from 2022, Gonzales County Sheriff’s Office announced on Friday. But GCSO said he will not be charged with the crime because he committed it before the age of culpability.
Somebody better keep track of that kid because we will be hearing from him again soon.

This boy is a psychopath. He willfully ended someone and it was perfectly legal. There are victims in this boy's future if he isn't locked up.
I agree
That same argument can be used to justify the marriage between Muhammad and Aisha. We can say that she willfully did it with him even though she was 9, which is 28% older than the boy which makes it more compelling.
Well, no. Not “perfectly legal”
The fixation with prepubescent age of consent of girls - hopefully you're on a watch list somewhere.
Age of consent is unrelated to age of culpability, even in TX.
Not “perfectly legal.” It was still a murder but children that young by law can not be charged with a crime. They can however be put into a facility where they can be monitored and receive psychiatric treatment(s).
Just because he was 7 at the time he clearly understands what he did and right from wrong. That’s why he threatened that kid
The grandfather shot him actually
That same argument can be used to say that Aisha was old enough to consent to Muhammad considering she was 9 which is older than the boy you're talking about.
Threatening someone based on a past act does not correlate to "knowing right from wrong" or any moral evaluation.
then... write to your state rep. or state senator. the same people that said that Ken Paxton didn't do anything wrong. Your issue is with state laws this isn't a conversation.

Its absolutely insane how dense you people in the comments are. Its almost as if you're incapable of knowing or understanding how underdeveloped a 7yo is, or how immature their mentality is. ALL humans are born acting like animals, its simply because we get trained everyday for years and years until we become adults that we're able to control our natural instincts. A 7yo isn't capable of understanding the finality of death, the seriousness of what he did, the long-term consequences associated with it, etc. Even at 10yo he's barely at a point where he can begin to truly understand it.
Look at any isolated tribe of people on planet earth. Those are humans just like the 2 of us, and yet they kill without hesitation, they act more like animals than they do humans, and its not because they have anything WRONG with them, its just due to their environment and how they are raised.
He should receive a life sentence in a psychiatric detention facility for the safety and security of the public.
It’s a kid dude. He was 7 for gods sake
I totally agree. I would NOT allow this kid around my kids. Imagine having a child in the same school as this monster! He shouldn't be around the general public. A 7yo cold-blooded killer. So what is it going to take him killing someone else? It's clear he's a menace to society. Sad, prayers and condolences.
All humans are cold-blooded animals when theyre young, with a very minor sense of empathy for anything. This varies from kid to kid, and is more prominent with females than males, but its true. We are all animals deep down, it simply takes many years of learning to behave like civilized people for us to learn to control and suppress it.
The people who live out in the wilderness of certain areas are the same exact humans that we are, and yet they will kill people without hesitation for simply getting close. Many of these people have, and will, eat you. Thats what happens when humans arent taught to be civilized, and that is within ALL of us.
A child is literally not capable of understanding the finality of death or the seriousness of long-term consequences at that age.
Gonzales county is full of m.thed up adults with children and while not all the children are exposed to violence and craziness, a great many of them are. It isn't that a gun was accessible that caused the CHILD to m.rder a supposedly complete stranger while he was sleeping. Stuff happened to that child. Clearly he was not being monitored. And my biggest question is, why did he feel at ease going into that particular trailor??? How did he know THAT was the time and place to kill??? I mean, I don't want to underestimate the kid by brushing that conclusion off because we don't know. But it is difficult to think a child could be that calculated and cold-blooded.
Although, even just assuming it was an accident takes a sinister turn. Let's say he was pretending to drive his grandads truck, like most 7 year olds do. Found a gun in the glove box, walked around the trailer park for a bit and then decided to walk into someone's home (weird). Realize I'm not saying I don't disagree that some PEOPLE can be evil - adults, who have had the opportunity to learn better but never tried, they can definitely be evil. 7 is not old enough to know how serious this kind of thing is. Thats the entire point behind the law. The brain isn't developed enough to understand long-term consequences, the finality of death, etc. These are issues even for TEENS, let alone a 7yo or 10yo. What happened is obviously tragic. The real person who should be held accountable here is the grandparent or parent. Your 7yo was able to leave, get a loaded gun out of your car, go into a random persons house and shoot them while also shooting the couch, and you didn't realize that?

But when Karma comes looking for you - there's NO WHERE TO HIDE....
I believe karma is broken
If he meant to hurt him he wouldn’t be telling on himself. Seven is t twelve.. seven isn’t even ten.. that’s why within three years he realized he caused pain and is now taking account. Karma won’t touch him for this
@bobettemorgan453 Karma is looking the people who have benefitted and profited from the oppression of First Nations People in this country. Regardless of race, gender, wealth, if somebody has benefitted from that oppression, they are on the Menu.
You have GOT to be kidding me! What a little demon! What in the blazes is going on in that family?!
And now that you have announced this, other little demonic monsters may get the same idea. Or worse, older people will use young children for this purpose.
Dear Jesus, PLEASE come soon! This world is beyond evil.
Child soldiers is not a new concept
@@CrucialFlowResearch In wartime / unstable parts of the world. Not in an average American state. Something is very wrong in that home/family.
@@Yesica1993 gangs use children for murders, so i hear, so its nothing new either
@@CrucialFlowResearch But they were FORCED to do it......this kid just killed someone for the heck of it!!! And he threatened to do it AGAIN!!!! Psycho!!
@@Yesica1993lmfao! Yes, it is common in American gangs.
What? 7yrs old? His grandfather needs to be charged! I don't even have words at all..
Grandfather's about to lose anything and everything he owns in a civil case I imagine.
Pawpaw lives in an RV park. Probly doesn't have $10K in total assets even if you included next 2 months' SS payment.
It’s pathetic this child is getting away with murder. He’s a serial killer in the making.
Grandfather should be charged
This is our youth right here.... It's very sad and crazy the other day I saw about eight kids riding on bicycles with the oldest kid being about 14 I'm the youngest kid being about 8 and all the little kids just following the older kids lead and he was saying the n-word left and right and cutting off traffic.. this is bad for youth
Big mistake not charging this kid. And how no one in that RV park heard the shots is hard to believe.
They legally can't
@@gypsybaby3196 do you know the age at which they can’t? Besides someone better keep track of him because (in my opinion at least) that kid is ruined. No chance for rehab..
He was 7 at the time...he's 10 now. They said in Texas if it happens at age 10 they can be held culpable but that doesn't mean charged as an adult either. Charging a 7 year old opens too many doors@@417jumps3
@@417jumps3Most of the states don't have an age of criminal responsibility. But Texas has one and set it at 10 years. So a DA pressing charges against him would violate his rights.
@@MarkSchnuler ok I can see that but someone better keep an eye on that kid. This behavior isn’t over. I’m a big time believer that not everyone (criminal, junkie or whatever-wise) can be rehabilitated and this kid fits that category (again my opinion). No matter what people think about my comment that kid needs to be watched - CLOSELY
The comments on here are almost as shocking as the kid’s story. If we as a society can not rehabilitate a clearly damaged young child then we are the monsters. This kid needs serious help not condemnation
People love hating on kids. It's a sickness. And they wonder why there are so many messed up kids today. It's the adults toxicity and hate they put onto the kids.
Wow how sad … 7 years old is a baby. What could cause a child that young to do such a horrible thing? His family must be devastated. I hope he gets the help he needs
😢 This child needs to be locked away for as long as it takes…
*2:30** You accidentally left out the description of the child.*
It was an accident, right?
He should be charged. He knew what he did. He chose to do it. Culpability should be judged on an individual basis. By how he reported it he knew it was wrong. This person will kill again.
That psychopath needs to be locked up and never let out!
If a child is old enough to kill that child needs to put in custody. Culpability age needs to be lowered.
I disagree because it opens too many doors. Lower the age for that you have to lower it for everything else
I'm more than willing to bet that this child thought that the gun was "cool" and wanted to see what it would do. He shot someone and probably didnt even know what actually happened.
Humans are naturally this way, its only due to years of training from civilized society that allows you and I to think the way we do. After all, the humans that existed 300 years ago who had no problem owning slaves, or the people alive today in isolated tribes in the wilderness who will kill you without hesitation, or the people in cultures who practice cannibalism, etc are all humans just like us. The difference is only due to the culture you're raised in and how well your parents were at instilling that culture in you.
@@undeadarmy19 Dude, it's disheartening to have had to scroll down so far to read a comment like yours. So many of these comments are advocating for him to be imprisoned for life, which would likely be over 70 years, for something that he did at 7 years old. A child at that age does not have the mental capacity to realize and understand the gravity of the situation and its consequences. That's exactly why you have to keep guns unloaded and secured when around children. It's tragic for everyone involved, no way around that. I feel so horrible thinking about how that kid must have felt about this for the past three years. His brain still has over a decade before its completely developed, sentencing him to life in prison would be cruel in every sense of the word. The most important thing is for him to receive therapy at such a critical point in his life so he won't end up devastatingly traumatized from this.
He needs a lot of psychological help and support. I don’t know what to say, flabbergasted!
A 7 year old shooting a 9MM? I highly doubt it. Has anyone shot a 9MM and felt the recoil
That's what I was thinking....and the sound, in a trailer? He shot 2 rnds. 1 in the guy and one in the couch.
Bet his shoulders and ears hurt for awhile.
No charges? This is ridiculous. Kids parents better be charged like they do the rest of them.
What kind of life was the kid living if he knew how to murder someone and hide the evidence
It’s literally impossible that this kid won’t get himself into prison eventually.
He needs to be charged
psychopath or sociopath? At least the community is aware of the danger of him in their midst!
Something is fishy here…. That was His grandfather gun and old man is… probably the one who shot him dead. He use his grandsons to cover up the story because he knew 10 yrs old will get away with it. They need to press charge on his grandfather.
@ very least grandfather should be charged with criminally negligent storage as well as criminal negligence of a minor
I was thinking that too! It just gives me the vibe of "you have to confess because you won't get in trouble, but I will. You don't want me to go to jail, do you?" I kinda hope that he wasn't manipulated into confessing, but I also do because that means an adult is responsible.
Boy trying to frame his grandpa
How so? He confessed to the crime himself....
Sounds like the grandpa grilled this into the boy’s head.
@@bwenluck9812doesn’t mean he did it. Grandpa, probably told that kid this story a million times, and now he thinks he’s tough. If he knew what he did was wrong, it would still be a secret.
Two things….the law will have to deal with that kid again when he is older and……who told the news person that dress was ok?😱
The curtains and the shower curtain made it for her.
She should be criminally charged for that dress! Did she look at herself in the mirror?
@@SuzyEH😂
The dress color looks nice on her but everything else about it is just wrong
RIP to Brandon Raspberry.
So tragic!
we'll have to wait until the`next time before our justice system will file charges.
Better never let that kid out into society.
He killed someone for no reason at all, then bragged about it. I don't think he's old enough for a murder charge at that age but he should be in a psych ward until he shows true remorse. That's the only way to make sure others are safe. I wonder what his victim's family have to say about this?
