This is not a sovereign citizen. Sovereign citizens believe a specific ideology that the US was converted to a corporation, that your name is in all caps is a straw man that isn’t you, and that US courts run on admirality law if the flag has gold fringe. He didn’t say anything that said sov cit, just run of the mill “man I’m being railroaded”.

He acts the way he’s been taught. When you see everyone around you go out of their way to not take responsibility for their actions or the actions of people they like then this is to be expected. Everyone has a “well what about” they think gets them out of accountability.

@ I always HATE when people said “this generation is lazy” when I was in my teens because my folks made sure I worked. Had 2 jobs and my own money in high school. Had paying work since 11. Had responsibility for our property, the house, my little cousin and niece, school, and volunteered at my church and school. They just didn’t raise their kids and wanted to blame them. And I loved video games but I played after everything was done.
Folks were both old school southerners and I wanted them to be proud of me. Even when I rebelled. Which my dad said was a good thing because “a man has to make his own mistakes and find his own path”. Never went crazy. Got multiple offers to “earn some real money” from weed dealers and folks wanting me to do runs for them. Turned them down. You raise your kids right they do right.
I did have a breakdown because I lied about how much I was doing and wasn’t sleeping and eating. But lesson learned and all that.
