I’m conservative but I think the 2020 halftime show was better than the 2022 halftime show. I’m not into rap. But that’s only because it’s just not my type of music. But I have no problem with people who like rap. It’s the generation you were born in and there’s nothing wrong with that. Every generation has “their own music“. The older people like myself shouldn’t complain about what the younger people listen to. It’s your music there’s nothing wrong with it enjoy it.
The flag had the American flag on the other side. Did you love that as well? This was a great show. I saw Shakira years and years ago at a tiny venue at one of the casinos in Atlantic City. She was at the very start of her career, in the US at least. People are allowed to like what they want. It doesn't make you conservative to say you don't like this or that. I didn't waste one second on this year's half time show because I think rap is crap.
So nice to see your concern for their health and physical form. 😆😆 Honestly, I don't know how they did it. At any age. They're doing an aerobic class I couldn't do on my best day, climbing on poles etc. and singing and keeping a huge smile.
The level of physical fitness, determination, and dedication to their craft is off the charts with these talented women. And that stamina, omg! The only other person that I can think of that could join these ladies on stage, is Beyonce.
Another amazing yet sadly under appreciated performance because the out-of-touch decency police have dictated that certain styles of art and dance "aren't suitable for children." Yet, most of what they condemn is completely harmless, and more times than not completely goes over children's heads. The decency police just refuse to understand it. Love from 🇺🇲
Plus there are many cultures around the world dance like this and it is perfectly normal (the Caribbean, Sub-Saharan Africa, Mexico, Central and South America. We stuffy white people up north need to loosen up and enjoy!

Watch the half time show with U2 following 9/11. At the time, kinda questioned a foreign band performing. Thought it should be USA but I stood corrected. U2 was amazing and made me realize the world was with us. Brilliant half time. Worth a view

Seen JLo in concert a few years ago. It was the biggest production I've ever seen for a concert so this didn't surprise me. It was amazing! They did so much for their 15 mins compared to other artists who might have great songs but underwhelming production. I loved this year's songs but was super disappointed with the production. Was kinda boring this year, but the songs were 🔥

There you are, acting like even 40-somethings are ancient, like you’re flabbergasted at women in their 40s and 50s not looking old and dowdy and using walkers instead of dancing their asses off! I, and most others, certainly don’t have the resources and time to still be in quite that shape (even us former dancers), but plenty of us do still age pretty well, despite the lack of millions to pay for the personal trainers, chefs, aestheticians, etc., if we’re lucky enough to get a combination of good genetics and avoiding things that age you prematurely-like tanning in my case! No one ever thinks I’m as old as I am-almost 47 now, despite usually feeling like I am 147! Lol
