I know she was pregnant, but it wasn’t that good (really bad lip syncing and in some parts she just put down the mic while her singing continued, and there wasn’t much effort on her part)
It's called using playback. Most singers do it for big shows like the Superbowl

Her performance wasn't that good, maybe because being pregnant she had to be careful with her moves. But she was lip syncing too, she could have at least sung. I am glad she had really great dancers, that saved the performance. I still love Shakira and JLo's performance a couple of years ago where Shakira shone above JLo. Shakira is so natural and showed so much energy on stage. She always looks like she is having fun during her performances.
