Lbz trucks usually dyno 315-330 rwhp stock. Using a percentage for drivetrain loss after you increase power isnt an accurate way to figure flywheel power, rolling resistance and drivetrain loss does not change with horsepower increase. It's safe to say your loosing 50hp due to drivetrain.
You should check over the leaf spring packs. Looks like the pinion angle is pointing towards the moon when it’s under a load on the dyno. Probably what took out the u joints....if all checks out she may need some traction bars! If I can see the pinion angle change in a video I’d say she’s definitely moving more than 2 degrees
Yeah I'm sure that rear end didn't help your numbers at all my the highest I hit on my lbz on my best of 3 passes was 562/1182 for rwhp and tq respectively but the truck has a good amount put into it and is about maxed out as far as the stock turbo is considered but I'm doing engine, trans, injectors, and fuel pump(s) and a compound setup with all the goodies and new tunes for the additions and supporting mods I want in before next spring.
Man I worked with a guy for almost 2 years and he started driving a half ton Dodge ram but bought a Sierra 07 I believe but still had same bodystiles as yours but was white with black wheels and Duramax ,I loved it but he recently died and it's sad to think he will never be back and I believe the truck was repossessed afterwards, wish I had the money to save it and keep for myself and my buddy Randy's rememberence

I am a dodge fan but have fell in love with that body style i had to go get a 03 4 door 1500hd is a gasser but i mean its a different body style but not by much its really roomy and rides nice
He definitely broke all those cv axles because of the half finished lift. If you put a like a 3 inch lowering block on the top mounts of the front diff it would line up better with the hubs this lift looks like their using pucks or spacers from the front diff to the cv axle to make the stock cv axle reach the hub the cheap way but idk I dont think this trucks with throwing out.
If you haven't already done so you might try stop drilling the cracks to keep them from getting longer. I can help you with that if you don't know how to do it.
Are the windows completely jammed? Just wondering if you'd be able to detach them from the motor and prop them up... At least the windows that are still present. It would be a little warmer on ya

To the rear wheels 480hp more at the crank
I still dont think it makes 700 to the crank, my guess is that it puts out 550-600

If you drill a tiny hole at the end of each crack they can not go any futher, then just put a small piece of clear tape over the hole.
