I used this kit in my Microbiology class that I teach. Gives perfect results to teach Indirect ELISA assay. It uses a chicken gamma globulin for the antigen. Great simulation using real antigens and antibodies.
how do you visualize the final result?
@@scottyaggie the kit uses horseradish peroxidase that catalyzes H2O2 with a a cosubstrate TMB that turns blue indicating a positive result for the antibody (an INDIRECT ELISA test).
