Dude Imma buy one of you GBAs as soon as I get the money! Found you on ETSY and so happy to see you are growing your social presence. Keep up the great work and looking forward to owing one of your creations.
@@0hmyshoes Its become a lot more expensive nowadays. So many people are into gameboy modding aswell as making shadowbox art of old gameboys, so even broken ones are expensive. So your probably not gonna get a hold of the likes of this anymore. Just a gba motherboard theese days go for 50 dollars and up.
Your 9th one you tested the transparent pink. You accidently put in the broken pile. Noticed this wasn't that old of a vid.. hopefully you realized this already. But if not. Just trying to help you not let any go to waste
At the end of the video you said you'd update the video description to say how many of the "non-working" ones you managed to save - but then you didn't.... Does a boot screen showing up means that the Game Boy works? What about the pins, and a game actually loading? Or all the buttons? I'd say the Nintendo animation alone is NOT a guarantee for a perfectly working system. And the "non-working" ones getting called "trash", just because of a potential power issue? I sure hope these got opened up, the contacts got treated with vinegar, the board cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, etc... Tossing them around, stacking them on top of each other, slamming in the batteries, smacking them out again, stacking the Game Boys again ... and you wonder how the screens can end up in such bad shape? LOL. I hope I never accidentally buy something online that you "refurbished". 😆
I believe I got all of them working besides 2 or 3 that were water damaged You gotta smack em around a bit to make sure they can take it! I don’t build no wimps, it builds character. When I’m done with them they’re stronger than they ever were it’s the American way 🇺🇸
@@JayBoyModz Well done with repairing almost all of these. 👍🏻 Ha! I love your reply. 😂 Kudos for being a good sport and not taking my critique too personal. 👏🏻 Have a great weekend, and good luck with the next ジャンク lot that you're buying from Japan.

Thanks my bro!!🙏🏽🙏🏽🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯
Nice to see so many winners, I expected less to be honest.
Yeah im not complaining ill take what I can get lol
Would love to see the tour! But more excited to see some before and afters on all those good girls!
Thanks! Definitely going to give them some new life 😎
I just watched a 30 minute video of a guy popping batteries in and out of gameboys and violently flicking the switches……😪
LFGOOOOO🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
@@JayBoyModz LMAOOO!! I want you to know that you entertained me on my lunch break 😂😂
These are priceless, just like early christmas!
You're so rough with them it drives me nuts !
Its tough love
Still pretty cool the Hikari Labs GBA works, pretty sick find even though the sticker is screwed. I understand the frustration though
FragiIezz Yeah it’s dope! I was actually able to remove the sticker that was stuck on top of the Hikari one and it still looks good 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Which microscope do you use? I cannot find it anywhere
I am quite certain once they're modded it will be worth all the trouble you went through.
Why not spin the batteries to try to get rid of some of the corrosion thats more likely to work rather than fliking the switch
So do the gameboys come prebuilt or do i need to provide you one
🎉🎉🎉 I want too see more videos and accessories for gba 😊
So wholesome, love to see it
The ~*LUCKY*~ batteries
Where do you get these from man?
Did you buy those from Sendico? Or which web man
Im really interested
These were from Buyee
How much was shipping? Planning to start modding and wanted to see how much it would cost.
Also I’m having a hard time finding the right words to use. Should I just be searching for “Gameboys” or “no sound” just curious.

If you still have the lucky batteries throw them in the freezer for a bit to revive them 🤣😂
what is the site?
Another comment he says buyee

Thanks for noticing! I was actually able to get all but 3 of these to be fully functional. The ones I couldn't salvage had some bad water damage
@@JayBoyModz what was the issue with most of the GBAs you had in the broken pile?
@@the32bitguy Really bad corrosion
That’s not an aftermarket shell it’s a toys r us exclusive
You don't modd you just re-shell your a resheller!
