Pear-Gouda Pastries

I made these for my husband, because while I'm GF and DF, he is not. And, desserts are his love language! :)
Ingredients:
Phyllo sheets
sugar
cinnamon
slivered almonds
salt
melted butter (or margarine)
2 pears
4 oz smoked gouda
