Simple Boxing Number System for Southpaw & Orthodox Stance

What's up guys in this video I show you a simple number system you can follow to shortcut the names of punches/combinations! Simplicity improves adherence especially when you're just learning how to box. If you're just starting out It may be a bit confusing learning all the names of certain punches. Use this number system to make learning easy!
This can be for both southpaw and orthodox stance. If you are left handed, normally you would stand southpaw meaning right foot forward left foot back. If you are right handed, you would stand orthodox meaning left foot forward right foot back.
1= Jab
2= Cross
3= Lead Hook
4= Rear Hook
5= Lead Uppercut
6= Rear Uppercut
Odd numbers will equal your lead hand. (Orthodox=Left / Southpaw=Right) Even numbers will equal your rear hand (Orthodox=Right / Southpaw=Left)
